Start with a glass of Cameron’s Lager

Appetizer:  Saison shrimp salad – three large shrimp, cooked in saison beer, served cold. Served with Into The Shade Saison.

Soup:  Auburn Ale Smoked Duck Consommé. Served with Cameron's Auburn Ale.

Entrée:  Doppelbock Petit Mignon – 4 oz  bacon-wrapped beef tenderloin, served with roasted garlic mashed red potatoes. Served with Deviator Doppelbock.

Amuse Bouche:  Pale Ale Sorbet with cinnamon pear. Served with Recline Pale Ale.

Dessert:  R.P.A. Crème Brule. Served with Cameron's Rye Pale Ale.
