Combining Jewish wisdom with yoga poses and Vipassana Buddhist meditation, instructor Alesandra Zsiba leads an exploration of mindfulness through movement and reflective discussion. Uncover the ways in which Jewish tradition encourages us to bring active inquiry into our lives and how that can teach us about creating a personal practice of mindfulness. Classes are interdisciplinary, weaving together movement, meditation, reﬂective discussion, and writing.
