The Dallas Observer Iron Fork is a grand tasting event that will take place on May 1st at Centennial Hall at Fair Park.

The center stage will feature the Iron Fork Chef Challenge presented by The World Food Championships (WFC). This year’s spatula-flyin’ chef competition will be moderated by President and CEO of WFC, Mike McCloud. Two chefs, Aundre Blassingame of WFC Team Texas, and Keith Browning of The Meat Shop, will go pot-to-pot to win this year’s Iron Fork Award AND secure themselves a Golden ticket to compete at this year’s WFC Main Event.

During the exciting cooking competition, guests can also enjoy tastings from local restaurants, alongside wine, beer and cocktail samplings.
