Java Magazine Fuse Sessions ... Join us for a night of the best in local jazz fusion, funk, R&B, and everything in between!

WHAT'S THE BIG IDEA?: Phoenix's funkiest Jazz Trio features Josh Kneisel (bass), David Drew (Drums), and Mike Kleinschmidt (Piano). Traditional Jazz repertoire mixed with modern music from the likes of Radiohead & Pink Floyd into the jazz realm.

RUNNING FROM BEARS: Forged from a dangerous combination of modern jazz, iron ore and rabies, this Phoenix-area jazz sextet both thrills audiences with its inventive, complex sound and instills in them an unwavering fear of the bears that continue to roam the earth while fueled by an unquenchable flesh-lust.

PALO BREA: A crafty jazz-pop four piece with influences and styles ranging from R&B to folk. Their original songs and reimagined covers are infectiously catchy, wonderfully soulful, and downright heartfelt.
