Bar Manager Peter Carpenter will provide a demonstration on the process and inspiration that went into designing each drink as well as the method of building them.
Enjoy tempting food pairings prepared by Executive Chef Kevin Rubis and learn why they compliment the flavor profiles of the spirits.
Eastside Distilling's Master Distiller Mel Heim will give insight into creating the featured spirts such as the Marionberry Whiskey, Cherry Bomb Whiskey, and Hue-Hue Coffee Rum.
The menu is a surprise but be prepared to drink fruit forward cocktails with whiskey, sparkling wine, and rum as well as enjoy smoked salmon, fennel, hazelnut, roe, scallops, duck and porcini... and of course chocolate!
