Blockage of the blood supply to the heart, known as coronary heart disease, causes one third of all deaths in people older than 35 years. To reduce this mortality, experts are using new protocols to speed intervention, more specific tests for diagnosis and advanced techniques to improve the blood supply. At our next event, ”Heart Ache”, we are fortunate to have three very knowledgeable panelists, a cardiologist, a pharmacist, and a heart patient to bring us up-to-date on the latest and best care for patients who have coronary heart disease and live in North Simcoe.
Please join us on December 5 at 7:30 PM at the MCC to hear about new directions in cardiac care. Admission is free with registration and please register early to avoid disappointment.
