Food Writer (Eater, Globe & Mail), former culinary instructor (Stratford Chef's School) and proud French Canadian, Deborah will teach you how to dominate this classic meat pie.
Just in time for holiday baking season you will learn how to take a little pork, veal and some cloves and transform them into the beloved, francophone tourtière, arguably one of the building blocks of our Canadian heritage. And you'll be learning from a true master, Deborah has been making the tourtière for her family's annual réveillon for twenty years.
