Join Marcus Samuelsson, chef/owner of Red Rooster, Elizabeth Karmel of Hill Country BBQ, and Charles Gabriel of Charles' Country Pan as they celebrate the publication of Lee Brian Schrager's ode to chicken, Fried & True.

Whether you prefer it cold out of the fridge or hot and crispy on a buttery biscuit, you will find your new favorite fried chicken recipe in Fried & True, serving up more than 50 recipes for America's most decadently delicious food.

The evening will include incredible food from all three chefs, served family-style, along with an ice cream social provided by Ample Hills Creamery. Tax and gratuity included in the price of the ticket, along with a copy of "Fried & True".
