Ryan Hemsworth, Wet, Nadus :: Built by MeanRed

Ryan Hemsworth is a Canadian producer. He has recently remixed the likes of MondreMAN, Grimes, and Frank Ocean as well as recently releasing his own EP Last Words.

Kelly Zutrau, Martin Sulkow and Joe Valle have been making music together in various outfits since meeting as students in New York in 2006. What began as a long-distance collaboration between Providence, New York, and Los Angeles led to string of shows and self-releases in the summer of 2012. A year later, and they've already managed to find the delicate balance between slow-motion R&B and minimal indie pop. Pooling all their influences, Wet touch upon everyone from Solange to The XX to Patsy Cline, while still conveying a blissful simplicity that tugs at your heartstrings and forces you to hang onto their every waking word. Their self-titled debut EP is out now on Neon Gold Records

Although his unique sound sees no boundaries, New Jersey's Nadus truly excels at creating and producing fast-paced Juke, hard-hitting hip-hop, and energetic Jersey Club under the umbrella of East Coast Club music.

Nadus has come a long way since Dirty South Joe, Tim Dolla, Mike V, and the Brick Bandits family put him on the map when he was only fifteen years old. Now at twenty years old, Nadus' signature sound and masterful performances behind the decks have taken him as far as Sydney, Australia. His original productions and remixes have been released on labels like Ninjatune, Palms Out Sounds, Ghettophiles, and Kingdom's Fade To Mind Imprint. He has produced music for the Seattle rapper, Eighty4Fly and is the official DJ and producer for the rap group, NJ Rebels. Nadus is also the co-founder of the "Thread" party with Exrahk, DJ Reck, and Elete of St. Joe Louis.

Ever since he's been on the scene, Nadus has racked up a mile-long list of supporters amongst his peers of DJs and producers, including his mentor DJ Steel, Dave Nada, David Heartbreak, Munchi, DJ Sega, Nick Hook, Cobra Krames, DirtyFingers, DJ Ayres, DJ Tameil, WCKids, Luny P, Sinden, and Diplo, who even wrote a college recommendation for him.

Ryan Hemsworth was 2013's fasting rising remix star. With a broad taste in music he's remixed everyone from Cat Power to Waka Flocka. He's known for being non-genre specific, and his fans loving it. His R&B sensibilities to hip hop production fandom position him up perfect to be a moody party starter. We love a Ryan Hemsworth dancefloor. He's graced the decks of built by MeanRed stages in these past few years and notably headlined a legendary Dark Disco in 2013 along with Cyril Hahn.
