Jenny And Me

Jenny And Me

Once upon a time, there was a girl. She was a waitress at a trendy Mexican restaurant in a slightly less suburban suburbia. At this restaurant, there was a boy. He made the guacamole. One day this girl played this boy a song she had written. Their relationship would never be the same. They have since left the land of avaocados and enchiladas but are forever bonded as two happy kids who like to write aching melodies and introspective lyrics; despite both of their penchances for cheeky 80's tunes.

Sheep and The Shears

Sheep And The Shears is an American experimental rock and post hardcore band from Reading, Pennsylvania. Formed in 2009 as a solo project of Andrew Colosimo (Seconds From the End, Alice's Adventures) the project grew to include drummer Brent Caltagirone (This Or The Apocalypse, Alice's Adventures). The duo recorded their first EP in the summer of 2011 with sound engineer Alex Koppenheffer (Seconds From The End, Ace Augustine) before Zachary Fore (ex-Alice's Adventures) and Matt Marcellus (This Or The Apocalypse completed the band's lineup. Their music can be described as strongly post-rock and post-hardcore influenced with atmospheric guitars, free-ranging drums and dense vocal harmonies. The band's musical influences span from Neoclassicism to Buddy Rich to modern post-rock and post-hardcore music such as Godspeed! You Black Emperor, Fugazi and At The Drive-In

The Can't Tells

The Can’t Tells are a gang of three from Brooklyn who's music has been described as "punky powerpop", though they aren't sure that's quite right. Their sound would thrive in the alternate reality where Elvis Costello was in Mission of Burma and they all played Spoon songs at twice the speed. It's brash but lyrical, efficient and melodic, and a little more Marquee Moon than Pet Sounds. They are music geeks looking for a line that cuts straight-enough through their varied influences.
