Imagine going to a double matinee showing of Led Zeppelin & P-Funk at Dream Theatre and then heading to an Amsterdam discotheque to dance til the sun came up. That's about as close as can be described without seeing Soap for yourself.

Like the band name, Soap’s music is undoubtedly fresh. With influences ranging from jazz, blues and funk to progressive, psychedelic and electronic, Soap skillfully fuses all of these genres into one – danceable rock. Set out to make every show inspiring, every note overflowing with energy and everybody move without remorse

Lizzy Herder is a 20 year old singer/songwriter based out of the Twin Cities. Her eclectic taste in music is reflected in her writing and puts a unique spin on what you might generally refer to as a pop/folk or pop/rock style. Lizzy Herder is very versatile, as she has spent many nights serenading intimate coffee shop settings with her honest, carefully crafted lyric and acoustic guitar. As well as worked a lively crowd fronting a full band with fun, upbeat originals. She has gained her experience, and what appears to by a natural ease and charisma on stage, by performing in musical theatre and singing groups from a young age, in combination with other endeavors such as busking on the streets for the thrill and some extra cash. After high school, Lizzy went on to attend McNally Smith College of Music where she is currently studying Vocal performance. Aside from her effortlessly captivating vocal tone, her strengths also lie in her distinctly original songwriting. With catchy melodic lines and imaginative lyrics, Lizzy's music is certainly memorable.
