Vinyl Station is an Indie rock band for fans of Ryan Adams, Coldplay, and David Gray. Matthew and Brendon met after getting accidentally booked for the same gig and ended up playing on each others sets because they liked most of the same music. Alex Kyhn joined next and added great bass tone and expert timing to the rhythm section. Roy Cameron is the most recent member and he fit in right away with dynamic energy and precise yet organic timing.

Vinyl Station is touring this summer and will be opening for Rob Thomas on The Great Unknown Tour with plans to continue into 2016.

Based out of Phoenix, AZ, Mat Weddle has been playing music as Obadiah Parker since 2005. Driven by a popular YouTube video of a live performance, his cover of “Hey Ya” became a breakout hit in 2007, topping the iTunes singer-songwriter charts for the year. With the following 2008 EP, The Tip Jar, Vol. I, Obadiah Parker built a strong internet following with soulful vocals and his ability to cover a variety of tunes with a unique and singular style.

2011 sees the release of The Siren and The Saint, the first full length offering of Parker’s original material. Intensely personal and unflinchingly sincere, Weddle tells his own story of addiction, rescue and redemption revolving around his relationships with two women. The impressively crafted songs of TSaTS are bound to more than satisfy Obadiah Parker fans and prove that he is much more than a cover artist
