Greenpilot (EP Release)

Greenpilot has landed, fusing an eclectic mix of influences to create a new and inspired musical voice. Tim Killeen's unique and dynamic compositions are brought to life by the band's muscular rhythm section, inventive instrumental play and imaginative vocal arrangements. This new Chicago band covers a range of styles as broad as their musical backgrounds in Glasko, The Cads and John Adams 4. The seemingly disparate aspects of Greenpilot have been blended, refined and distilled into a cohesive, harmonized take on modern rock'n'roll. Enjoy your flight.

The Crane Wives

The Crane Wives are a home grown indie-folk outfit from Grand Rapids, Michigan that defies musical stereotypes. They utilize three-part vocal harmonies, eclectic instrumentation, and a passion for songcraft to create organic music that is both accessible and innovative. Each live show features contagious energy as well as original music that ranges from whisper quiet ballads to danceable grooves.

The band formed in late August of 2010, and finished the recording of their self-produced debut album "Safe Ship, Harbored" in April of 2011. The record was released on May 12th at Founder's Brewing Company in GR.

Their new full length album, also self-produced at Sound Post Studios, was released September 22nd, 2012 at the Intersection in GR.

The Crane Wives are happily endorsed by Deering Banjos.

Michael Shynes

Shynes has the rare ability to blend shades of every genre over an acoustic landscape, and his songs possess a lyrical depth rarely paired with such mainstream appeal. Having broken ground in the major markets of Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York City over the past year, Shynes is a talent to watch in the years to come. Vastly emerging from his humble beginnings as a Singer/Songwriter in a small central Minnesota town, he has recently opened up for Eric Hutchinson and Tyler Hilton and has begun actively touring Nationally. All the while he continues to independently write and produce his own albums, and maintain the down to earth nature that enables him to fully appreciate every part of the musical journey.
