Infest (Only East Coast Appearance)

Infest is an influential hardcore punk band, formed in September 1986 by Joe Denunzio, Matt Domino, Dave Ring and Chris Clift.

Infest, while not coining the term power violence, were definitely pioneers of it. The Los Angeles quartet blended the ethos, speed and song structure of straight edge hardcore, along with the aggression and anger of bands like Negative Approach and Negative FX creating a style emulated by many and an energy captured by few. Joe Denunzio’s vocals exhibited pure angst, with lyrical content about conformity, war, scene politics and socio-political issues, mostly delivered in an accusational assault.

Straight Edge was an influence in Infest's songwriting, with such songs as 'Mindless' and 'Drunk Motherfucker'. Infest did however differ from their peers in their fervent political stance and imagery, often depicting the tragedies of war and poverty, countering the obligatory "band in action" album covers common to the era. When asked about the hardcore scene Matt Domino said, "I think Hardstance rips it up and Chain of Strength are cool, but Insted and Breakaway are pretty cheesy. It seems most hardcore bands are going for a polished sound and package, we are really not into that." On the contrary, Infest's sound was fuzzy and on many of the early recordings indecipherable, but still captured their raw intensity.

On July 1, 1991, Infest recorded a live set for the Los Angeles radio station KXLU, capturing them in their element. This session was later released by Deep Six Records who also released the No Man's Slave LP. The vocals on No Man's Slave where recorded posthumously and the LP not released until the year 2000. Many Infest bootlegs have been made and are highly sought after by fans.

Infest recently has become a highly popular retro band among not only modern grindcore and thrash fans, but with fans of youth crew hardcore due to their straight edge ethics and moshable songs.

In Cold Blood (Only East Coast Appearance)

In Cold Blood was born in 2005, but the guys used to play together since a long time before. In a few months they record an ep and then their first full- lenght (2006). In 2007, after some changes in the line up, they finally find their sound and are ready to record IN COLD BLOOD(2008). Modern metal at its finest, without boundaries and rich in influences. Thanks to their intense and impressive live activity they got the opportunity to share the stage with bands such as The Haunted, All Shall Perish, Municipal Waste, Illdisposed and Nueva Etica, and Italian acts as Zu, Raw Power, Hour of Penance and Cripple Bastards. In 2010 they draw the attention of the Italian label VIDEORADIO for the re-issue and the digital distribution of IN COLD BLOOD(2008). In Fall 2010 the band takes part in THREAT OVER EUROPE tour 2010, with Threat Signal, Raunchy, Sybreed and M.A.N. The crowds are always impressed by those 6 guys that rock so hard and ivolve the audience, making them go crazy, every single night.
In 2011 the long awaited third work, "A Flawless Escape", has been released via Rising Records.
Ray Nelson's short story "Eight O'Clock In The Morning" and John Carpenter's movie "They Live" have been strong influences to the song “They Live” and the whole album. The lyrics inquire the exposure of our mainly consumer society, where media, conformity and trends drive and force people to not think independently and to pursue ephemeral aims even in an almost anti-human way.
The album contains additional effects by Aeph and it will feature guest apparences by Annihilator founder member and guitar icon Jeff Waters along with Hour of Penance guitarist Giulio Moschini.
The mastering of the tracks has been made at Tailor Maid by Peter In de Betou (Dark Tranquillity, Opeth, Meshuggah, BMTH,...).
In October 2011 the band headlines a Mexican tour in order to promote the release of “A Flawless Escape”. The answer of the audiences is just amazing and the band reaches a lot of new fans 15.000 km away from home!!!!!
During an ICB show, you always get the feeling that there's no wall between the artist and fans! This is actually the main message that the band wants to deliver! WE ALL FIGHT TO KEEP HEAVY MUSIC ALIVE!

Full of Hell

The embryonic beginnings of Full of Hell displayed their palette at its most primitive, d-beat and blast ridden hardcore punk with spats of noise and caustic rhythm, and within a few short years, they have bloomed into a true force to be reckoned with within the punk, hardcore and metal communities. Since the release of their Profound Lore Records debut album “Full Of Hell & Merzbow” late 2014, their third full-length album, the band began to truly come into their own, combining elements of grindcore, death/black metal, punk and hardcore with a smattering of sonically laden power electronics and industrial pounding. It would also signal the band being at their most active and prolific ever since their inception in 2009.

The band would tour endlessly non-stop in different parts of the world in places as far off as Japan, Australia (twice), Southeast Asia (Indonesia, Philippines, South Korea etc.), along with several tour runs in Europe and many tour jaunts within the US, along with playing countless festivals and exclusive shows. The band would also add to their repertoire and discography as well during said timeframe releasing a direct collaboration album with The Body and several EPs, one of them being their most-recent split 7”EP with Nails (which debuted at #2 on the Billboard Top 100 Singles Chart).

In 2017, Full of Hell have released their newest offering, the now critically acclaimed 3rd solo LP, Trumpeting Ecstasy. Record and engineered at Godcity by Kurt Ballou, the album displays a myriad of extreme sonic textures and a maturation in sound. With guests from Aaron Turner to Art-house pop artist Nicole Dollanganger, the album refuses pigeon hole itself, or as Free Williamsburg wrote, it "traps categorization like a doomed fly".

“…proof that, as with any true lunatics, they’re capable of anything.” - Decibel Magazine

"...a dizzying rush of fury by musicians who’ve mastered the art of explosion, leaving you awestruck and aghast in its wake." - Pitchfork

"Trumpeting Ecstasy is the culmination of Full of Hell really coming into their own, exuding the confidence that comes along with refining their stylistic approach and honing their sound into something that is completely theirs." - Exclaim!
