Lee Terrace

Formed in 2007 in East Syracuse Lee Terrace has slowly begun to make itself known in the Syracuse music scene. This is because the band strives to provide fans and listeners with thrilling live shows coupled with unique songs and skillful musician ship. A bit heavier than the contemporary jam-band, Lee Terrace prides its sound on a mixture of influences ranging from Jazz and Progressive Rock, to Funk, Southern Rock, and even Punk.

With the electrifying guitar work of Kevin Metzger, booming bass playing of Mike Sloan, thunderous drumming of Pj Sweeney, and the newly added keyboard wizardry of Ian Doherty the band has recently made a splash in the Syracuse music scene by securing a spot as one of four finalists in the all CNY 2010 Monster Energy Drink Battle of the Bands. Lee Terrace has also had the privilege of playing with many national and regional acts such as Tim Reynolds, The Radiators, The Heavy Pets, Perpetual Groove, The Brew, U-Melt, Timbre Coup, Aqueous, and more!

The band currently plans on releasing a brand new album for Fall 2012 entitled “River The By Down” featuring new songs and old fan favorites. The album is a follow up to their 2008 Debut EP, which Mark Bialczak of the Syracuse Post Standard gave a positive review saying that the band “know(s) a thing or three about rock ‘n’ roll with heart.”
