Mr Bonkerz has been a staple in the D.C. disco scene over the past 3 years, incorporating smooth bass lines and psychedelic funk in an effort to create the maximum dance party experience. He's been heavily influenced by the jamband scene over the past 15 years and attributes his sound to the funky contributions of bands like The Isley Brothers, Talking Heads, Phish and the Disco Biscuits. Keeping the audience guessing and allowing the setlist to change "on the go" is normal and encouraged while drawing from a catalog that spans over 50 years of Disco.

He's previously shared the decks with The Magician, Plastic Plates, The Twelves, Classixx, Goldroom, Psychemagik, Bit Funk, Segway, Brothers Past, Orchard Lounge, Kick Rocks, SuckerPunch and silent disco appearances at Gathering of the Vibes, Governor's Ball & Camp Bisco.

Bonkerz is excited to continue spreading his disco vibes, having recently signed with the Deathwaltz Media Group in 2013. Be sure to check out his soundcloud page, which includes plenty of disco edits, live sets and dozens of mixtapes.

While the District of Columbia has seen a fluctuation of creative types recently, few artists have influenced the scene as prolifically as OZKER. Organic and locally grown, OZKER has established himself in the past few years as one of DC's hardest working DJ, producer, graphic designer and mural artist, all the while spreading that undeniable aura of being a loveable, huggable type of guy. His devotion to the infectious groove and its counterpart, the bottomless beat, is matched only by his devotion to that trademark follicle foliage that you're bound to see bobbing up and down behind turntables throughout the city!

Ozker has opened for such noted talent as Dillon Francis, The Bloody Beetroots, Will Eastman, Gigamesh, Classixx, Tensnake, Oliver, The 2 Bears, Bit Funk, Anna Lunoe & Nickodemus, amongst many others. He holds several monthly residencies in the city, including nights at Eighteenth St Lounge, Dodge City, Marvin and the Velvet Lounge.
