Todo El Mundo tells the love story between two very different women: Alejandra, a 30-something book editor, overly critical and seemingly incapable of enjoying life and love, and Maria, a free-spirited private school teen. With complete disregard for rules and regulations, Maria drags Alejandra out of her shell and introduces her to a life based on passion and instinct. But can their relationship survive the pressures of their opposing personalities?
Through these characters, director Raúl Fuentes explores the growing pains of a relationship, the complexity of love, and the fear of opening up to another. With modern cosmopolitan Mexico City as the backdrop, his story unfolds in beautiful black and white cinematography.
Raúl Fuentes' multifaceted talent brings to life an engaging and unconventional love story, making him one of the most innovative and exciting up-and-coming Latin American directors.
Please join us in celebrating this beautiful film on August 3rd, followed by a Q&A session with the director. This event is brought to you by CinemaCulturasLGBT
