Martha Graham Cracker's Made In Philadelphia Festival

Martha Graham Cracker's Made In Philadelphia Festival

When the world's tallest and hairiest drag queen (aka Martha Graham Cracker) heard that the Made In America Festival was coming back to the Benjamin Franklin Parkway over Labor Day Weekend, she thought, "I have a lot of talented friends, too. What the heck, I'm going to do my own damn festival."

So, in celebration of the vast expanse of talent that Philadelphia has to offer and the 8th anniversary of the Martha Graham Cracker Cabaret, she presents the Made In Philadelphia Festival, a celebration of Philadelphia's amazing homegrown talent.

Look for the growing lineup to be announced in the coming days and weeks, but you can expect performances by some of the best acts that the new FringeArts Festival (September 6-22, formerly known as the Philadelphia Live Arts Festival + Philly Fringe) has to offer, including Geoff Sobelle (his world premiere Object Lesson opens at FringeArts), as well as appearances by Brat Productions' Jess Conda, Johnny Showcase, and much more. And, of course, a full set by the Martha Graham Cracker Cabaret.
