13 Things You Should Know About Jeanne Robertson:

Barefooted and with her hair "mashed" down, she's 6'2" and wears size 11 shoes.

Jeanne makes her living as a professional speaker and refers herself as a humorist, rather than a comedian.

She has appeared in an interview segment with Morley Safer on "60 Minutes."

She has released six CDs/DVDs over the last 11 years. "Just for Fun" is the latest.

Jeanne has also written three books: Mayberry Humor Across the USA, Don't Let the Funny Stuff Get Away and The Magic of Genie.

The NC Press Association named her North Carolinian of the Year.

Jeanne has worked professionally for forty-five years but never in comedy clubs. She has worked the White House though.

A former Miss North Carolina, Jeanne's hometown of Graham has a museum exhibit that features memorabilia from the pageant. She was "Miss Congeniality" in the Miss America Pageant.

Jeanne refers to her husband, Jerry, as "Left Brain." Some of her other characters include Norma Rose, Toni and Jane Tucker from NYC!

She is a Cavett Award recipient, the highest honor bestowed by the National Speakers Association.

She has also won the Golden Gavel Award from Toastmasters International.

Jeanne graduated from Auburn University (without honors).

She is featured on Sirius XM's Laugh USA, and Blue Collar Comedy channels. "Don't Send A Man To The Grocery Store!" is a current favorite.
