Otep got their start in late 2000, when singer/band namesake Otep Shamaya brought her Marilyn Manson-meets-Kim Gordon style of singing to a crew of musicians known only as Rob, Moke, and eViL j. The foursome began gigging around Los Angeles and scored a deal with Capitol solely on the strength of their live show (they'd not yet recorded a demo). Spots on prominent tours such as Ozzfest and kudos from Marilyn Manson helped the band build a rabid following with Sevas Tra, their 2002 debut album. Otep released their fifth full-length album, Atavist, last year.

One Eyed Doll

Described as Strawberry Shortcake meets Gwar and Valentine's Day meets Halloween with the visual impact of Japanese Anime, One-Eyed Doll is an award-winning Austin, Texas power rock duo with a loyal global fan base and extensive international press exposure. In 2009, 2010 2011 the group swept the SXSW Music Awards in categories such as Best Punk Band, Best Metal Band, Best Goth Band, Best New Band, Best Acoustic Guitarist, Best Electric Guitarist, Best Producer, Best Drummer, Best Songwriter, Best Female Vocalist and more. The group has independently released three full-length albums, appears in Revolver, Guitar World and Guitar Player magazines and has left several national tours in its wake including major anime conventions (DragonCon, AniMix, IKKiCON, Anime Overload, ShadoCon, etc.) Blazing the band's wildfire buzz amongst their growing legions of religiously crazed fans is One-Eyed Doll's cult leader: the impossible-not-to-love Kimberly Freeman, whose punishment is so sweet you'll beg for more.

Picture Me Broken

Artistic vision, intricate musicianship, dark, poetic lyrics exploring heavy, controversial topics and a profound message are the very essence of Picture Me Broken, a breath of fresh air band that shatters any "young band" or "female-fronted" stereotypes. Although PMB is mostly comprised of 18-year-olds, they are one of the few bands right now trying to bring back true artistry in this trend-domin
ated music scene. PMB delivers larger than life, authentic rock n' roll laced with modern innovation.

Front-woman Layla "Brooklyn" Allman refuses to be placed in a category with other "rock chicks" or female lead singers as she draws most of her influence from male artists and believes that women should be just as dynamic. "PMB is not just a 'female-fronted' band, PMB is a rock n' roll band", she comments.

Brooklyn, and bassist Austin Dunn, have seen this band through since age 12 (2005) and will see it through to the top. The two original members are now confident that they have put together a lineup that offers stellar musicianship, energetic performance, and dynamic personalities. Drummer Shaun Foist offers spot on, energetic performance, machine-gun like double bass capabilities and undeniable stage presence.

As for guitar work, PMB offers dual-lead guitar players Dante Phoenix and Jimmy Strimpel who switch off lead detail in displaying their distinguished
styles. Their solos, dual leads, and harmonies add
to PMB's unique sound and complete the live show experience.

Formed in late 2009 by former cease members Rob Coggin, Scott Keene and Pat McSherry we developed a sound that centers around creating intensity through both music, soundscapes and visual elements, often focusing on humanity, technology, and the often chaotic dichotomy in which the two co-exist. Our sound is characterized by off-tempo riffs, tribal drumming, with shifts into more groove-rock oriented territories, often transitioning between conventional metal and electronic sequences complete with video displays in our live performances. Having recently suffered a lineup change with the loss of our original vocalist, we regrouped with Tyson Mink (who runs our audio sample/visual media controls live) taking full time vocal duty as well as continuing to run our visual elements and live samples. We create all of our own video/visual content and draw from a wide range of samples, often creating those elements from scratch in our own monument: productions studio. We're looking at 2013 with great optimism and hope to be playing out much more often than in months past, while continuing to write new material, songs and making videos.
