The Electric Western Traveling Revue!

The Whiskey Gentry

Paste Magazine was dead-on when they called The Whiskey Gentry a "toe-tapping, steamrolling kind of band, its fingers picking deep into fields of bluegrass, feet stomping
in line with a punk-inspired kick drum." Formed in 2009 by husband and wife duo Lauren Staley and Jason Morrow, The Whiskey Gentry is a group of seasoned veterans—to put
things mildly, some of the finest pickers and musicians the Southeast has to offer. A recent finalist in the Chris Austin Songwriting Competition held at MerleFest, Staley's
natural gifts with words and her powerful lead vocal abilities complement the band's edgy interpretation of an otherwise traditional sound. All of this, coupled with a commanding and high-energy live performance, sets the bar for the way today's country music ought to sound—honest, tight, daring, and void of pretension.

"The Whiskey Gentry pluck 'n' twang with the best of them, Lauren Staley's stirring yet commanding vocals powering the songs to delirious heights, the musicians demonstrating exceptional instrumentalism." – Stomp and Stammer

Keep On Movin! Dance Party

Famous in Nashville as simply “The Monday Night Dance Party,” KEEP ON MOVIN! is the wildly successful weekly rock and soul dance party presented by ELECTRIC WESTERN. Now in their fourth year, DJs JACOB JONES and RENO BO spin a hand-selected mix of the most dance-
able popular and obscure 50’s and 60’s Rock and Roll, Soul, old school R&B, Stax, Motown, Girl Groups, Doo Wop, Funk and Garage every Monday night.

Their slogan “Monday Is The New Friday” holds true each week as the masses converge upon the hip east Nashville neighborhood, pack into rock club The 5 Spot and ready themselves for an evening of dancing, drinking and fun.
