The Turnout presents Front Porch Sessions

Front Porch Sessions

Front Porch Sessions

"One host, three storytellers, three questions, lots of conversation.  Join us in making less strangers in the world!"

Chris Williams

Chris works for Portland Public Schools in Educational Partnerships.  He is also part of the Improv trio Broke Gravy that has performed internationally and can be seen at Curious Comedy Theater, the Kickstand Comedy Space, The Deep End Theater and the Siren.  Chris is a story coach and performer at backfencepdx, the creator and host of “Front Porch Sessions,” and the co-host of the podcast “Are We Still Friends.” He holds a Master’s Degree in Conflict Resolution but still gets enraged by the way people in Portland drive. He can often be heard practicing his Marlon Brando impression and trying to figure out how to do an Irish accent. Chris loves all things creative, especially projects that bring communities together and creates listening opportunities across cultures.
