Eurisko, City Streets Country Roads, Kevin Mf King

Eurisko is a 5-piece rock band from the greater New Haven/Waterbury area that formed in early 2010. Since their inception they have developed a sound soaked in whiskey, multi-layered guitar riffs, and grim lyrics. Influenced primarily by folk and indie rock, Eurisko's music spans from quickly paced melodic ballads to deep, creeping songs carrying shipments of woe. Combining three guitars, bass, and drums, Eurisko sets the scene for the dynamic narratives that characterize their unique style of songwriting. Eurisko has drawn comparisons to Tom Waits, The Decemberists, Murder By Death, and Bright Eyes.

City Streets Country Roads

CSCR is a four piece grunge folk band from New Britain CT. They are a DIY band by nature, but have been working with a producer for the past few months to release their first full length album into the jungle of internet and pressing. From the bands conception two years ago, they've been local support for Kevin Devine, The Alternate Routes, River City Extension, Langhorne Slim, and Jarrod Gorbel of the Honorary Title, as well as playing countless local shows in most every county in CT. This summer they are touring from the 19 to 26th of August spreading their final DIY release.

Kevin Mf King

KEVIN MF KING's song themes run amok with diverse topics such as the difficulty of dealing with ones work drudgery, self reflection, escapism, loss of religious faith, the debauchery displayed in modern politics, and the overall wonderful process of human interaction. At time using part fictional American folk tales to tell a story, other songs just beautiful instrumentals. Also the songs are chock full of random topics including televisions grip on the mind, the destruction of ones pride, and the disgusting truths of the US sex trade. KMFK has over a hundred songs written and self recorded that are regularly distributed on the ever flowing abundance of self released hand stamped and numbered CD-R "distro demos." Currently working a touring network that includes regular appearances in New York City, New Haven and Providence.
