É Arenas is a multi-instrumentalist, mixing engineer, and versatile producer based in his native Los Angeles. He is a founding member and bass player of latin-psych rock group Chicano Batman, who in 2017 played on Conan O'Brien, Coachella, FYF, Sasquatch Music Festival, and toured nationally to sell-out crowds in support of their critically acclaimed album Freedom is Free. In 2016, É Arenas debuted his self-produced solo album, Nariz, an experimental and intimate rhythmic exploration of the senses that took six years to complete. He is happily married to Lorena Endara, a photographer and artist, who is responsible for all of his art direction. É Arenas recently released a dance single, Buñuelos a Monton, which made KCRW's Pan Caliente: Favorite Christmas Songs list in addition to Billboard's top 2017 Latin Holiday Song playlist.
Chola Orange is a spaceship of funk, sporting keyboards, synthesizers, electric bass, electric guitars and drums, with influences ranging from Parliament Funkadelic, Zapp and Roger, Sun Ra, horror movie soundtracks, and various jazz masters. Augmented with a variety of pedals, electronics, and guest performers, Chola Orange is taking part in the revitalization of modern funk.
This gang of electro-gladiators has been conspiring in private since they were kids. Now in the year 2018, Big Fun has finally gone public with their larger than life sound. It's a bubblegum blend of industrial, metal, and r&b that lives in between the worlds of post-punk and g-funk. Sludgey synths combined with a deadly rhythm section come together in a genre that can only be known as Gvttertech™
