Touch of Grey: Grateful Dead Tribute

Touch of Grey: Grateful Dead Tribute

Touch of Grey is a Grateful Dead Tribute formed in 2014 by a group of Deadheads. We play The Grateful Dead songs as well as Jerry Garcia Band and anything the Dead covered including Bob Dylan, Johnny Cash and others.

The Outside Band

Mountain Lake's oldest and foremost banjo-mandolin driven, acoustic electric, country rock jam band.

"The Outside Band”. The group’s members are as eclectic as the music they play. Composed of Lucas Lowenstein, President of SSI North America; Dr. Michael Goldfischer of Hackensack Pathology Associates, LLC; John P. Wyciskala Esq; a partner with the law firm of Inglesino, Pearlman, Wyciskala & Taylor, LLC; Michael “Mack” McAleer, Director of Construction, RBH Group; and Steven Yosh, director of numerous organizations.

The group started as the brainchild of the band’s “Captain” Lucas Lowenstein, who having performed as a singer and guitar player for years, wanted to form a local “Jam Band” to play the songs he knew and liked best. His first recruit was Michael “Doc Mike” Goldfischer, who joined him in sporadic jam sessions on mandolin. Their first impromptu live performance was in the parking lot of a local favorite restaurant. Meanwhile, in a different part of town, Mack (on bass) and John (on banjo) were making their own plans for rock stardom, after John declared 2013 as the “summer of the banjo.” The two forces merged on a fateful bus trip to a concert, and the band was born. The final piece was the addition of Steve Yosh on drums.
