Southern California rock'n'roll with blues on the side, a twist of funk, and all wrapped up in jam.
Formed in 2013 out of the ashes of successful Santa Barbara-based band, Sprout, comes an explosive musical endeavor - Pacific Haze. Five soulful minds developing an undeniable musical chemistry; Pacific Haze infuses elements of American musical heritage - Delta blues, soul, southern rock, jazz, funk, and more.
A syndicate of six superfluously shady souls, slyly sewing together solid chemistry to vivaciously communicate the variable emotional spectrum through the vivified velocity of mind altering tube amplification. Meanwhile romping their rag tag crew of scoundrels across the treacherous American roadway aboard an inter-vortex traversing mothership.
Accompanied by a pack of hounds, revelers, riotous ramblers- they've set out to spread the weirdest possible positive trip.
Pacific Haze infuses elements of American musical heritage, with new and ever-evolving modern genres, in hopes to bring the soles of all feet into an even dancing playing-field. A regional touring and recording act since 2013, hailing from the lazy shores of Santa Barbara, CA.
PARACOSMIC is a cosmic groove incorporating psychedelic rock with a huge dose of funk
Travis soto- 6 string bass/guitar
Brandon cooke- drums
S'akiibaum is the psychedelic bass project of New York native turned California transplant, Summer Sunshine Broeckx-Smith. Classically trained, S'akiibaum seeks to spread emotion, respect, awareness, and eudaimonia through musical treasures that meld the drippity bloopity sounds of your mind's consciousness with the deep, bassy tones of the Earth. She can frequently be found blowing up dance floors from the mountains down to the sea with the Santa Barbara bass music collective, Bass Exploration Unit.
May we be thankful for the truly important things in life: friends, family, health, happiness, Japanese rice wine....and all the wubs.
