Look who showed up. So happy you made it!
Here’s a little bit about me. I love the Vanderbilt Commodores.
My father is a former clown turned world-class magician, and I have followed his footsteps into the entertainment business.
But listen, I’m not just trying to tell you about my one hour special Full Time Magic or that I have appeared multiple times on Conan and Fallon while being one of the first comedians to perform on The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon. Did I go on Jimmy Fallon’s Clean Cut Comedy Tour?
Yes. But you already knew that!
Who cares that I performed at Bonnaroo, SXSW, Moontower, etc. You did too.
And yes, I was on three WTF podcast episodes, but so was the President of The United States. (he only did one.)
Really loved performing for the troops in Iraq and Kuwait over five times.
I was mentioned in Rolling Stone Magazine by Marc Maron as a “comic who should be big” and in Esquire by Jim Gaffigan as “one of the top up and coming comics.” My first album, Yelled At By A Clown made it to number two on Billboard Top Ten Comedy and my most recent special Full Time Magic made it to number one. What’s that? Yes, I am one of Variety’s ten comics to watch of 2015. But hey, this isn’t all about me. How are you doing?
Mike Dambra is the smart-ass king of comedy! C'mon, sit down front, we dare you! If you're a comedy fan and you haven't seen Mike, you're in for a treat.
In 1987 and 1997 he claimed the "Funniest Person In Rochester" title. That, in turn earned him two television news stories in 1988, and more in 1989, 1995, & 1996.
Next thing he knew, he was traveling all over the U.S. and Canada making people laugh. As an opener for the likes of Howie Mandel, Rosie O'Donnell, Adam Sandler and Michael Bolton, Mike was spectacular. In his own headlining show, the Calgary Sun says, "Brush up on your sit-ups before you see this show otherwise your stomach muscles will hurt the next day...." He has since earned rave reviews across the country.
Sean Lecomber is a stand-up comedian from Fort Saskatchewan with a unique perspective. His comedy is refreshingly based on words and story rather than movement and expression. His interesting take on all topics under the sun will leave you in fits of laughter. He tells the type of jokes that you remember to tell your friends. According to Sean making people laugh is the only thing he’s ever been good at. And at that he is very good. Sean Lecomber is the perfect choice for any corporate event. His clean and clever brand of humour will be more than enough to make people forget about the mediocre buffet.
Sean Lecomber was the winner of the 2007 Just for Laughs homegrown competition awarded each year to Canada’s best new comic. He recently filmed his own one hour special on the Comedy Network. A two-time Canadian comedy award nominee, Sean’s comedy has also been featured on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno. Sean was a featured performer on the ‘Talk of the Fest’ shows at Just for Laughs and as well has appeared at the Halifax Comedy Festival. You can also listen for his work on XM Radio and CBC’s acclaimed radio show ‘The Debaters’.
