Drawing Faces, Zak Schaffer, Josh Beam

Drawing Faces

Drawing Faces is the stage moniker of singer/song-writer Julian Krispel. Julian is originally from Austria, but has spent most of his adult life in and around London/UK.

His love for writing songs however is firmly rooted in the San Francisco music scene, where Julian met and performed with local musicians on the street, at open mics, in subvways, outside cafes and in the back of vans. Julian's songs are mostly inspired by conversations with people he meets on his travels. Over the last year he's performed close to every week at various events across England and on the channel islands. His music has been described as contemporary folk, folk-pop and soulful Americana.

Zak Schaffer

Zak Schaffer has been a fixture on the Los Angeles music scene for over ten years. He's been a side guy (Pete Yorn) and Engineer/Producer, a singer songwriter. If it has something to do with music, he's probably done it. Now he's gone and done something that's rarely been done: Recorded an entire record in a week playing every instrument. Josh Beam

San Francisco-based pop/folk singer Josh Beam has been playing music since the age of 10, when he picked up his first acoustic guitar. From there, he joined his school orchestra and learned various instruments, from violin to piano. After a several year hiatus due to joining the Army, Josh released his debut solo album, "Yellow Heart", and then later in 2017 an EP entitled "Departures". Both releases feature a mix of solo acoustic tracks and blues-inspired melodies.
