Julianne Cary

"On stage, Cary’s stage presence, charisma and potent vocals combine to impress every audience. She has a special affinity for power ballads. No wonder she lists Def Leppard and Queen among her major musical influences" - Russ Tarby, Eagle News Online.

Julianne Cary is a 19 year old singer-songwriter based in Syracuse, NY. Julianne has been writing songs since the young age of 8, and has been producing/recording her original material, in her home studio, since the age of 12. She has also been trained in voice and vocal performance by internationally-acclaimed jazz artist, Nancy Kelly (http://www.nancykelly.com).

Julianne was the lead singer of the Syracuse teen rock band, Kill The Lites (2012-2014). The group was well known in the Syracuse music scene after winning the 2012 Jewish Community Center's annual battle of the bands - which resulted in the completion of a four song EP. The group's EP, First Class Citizen, was nominated for a Syracuse Area Music Award in 2014. They have also played at landmark venues around Syracuse such as: The Westcott Theater, The Palace Theater, and The Landmark Theater.

Currently, she has three projects in the works, including JulianneCentral - her solo work which consists of YouTube and Instagram (@JulianneCentral) videos and her own original songs; Jack and Julianne (@JackandJulianne on Instagram; https://www.reverbnation.com/jackandjulianne) an acoustic rock duo with her boyfriend Jack Goodfellow; and Apatica, a rock/pop band from Syracuse.
