San Francisco, CA, 94103

This event is 12 and over
John has been honing his skills as a songwriter, guitarist and producer for over 10 years in the music communities of Northern California, with stints in the Pacific Northwest and the high desert of Santa Fe, New Mexico. With a flair for vintage inspired rock and roll that takes cue from the Texas singer songwriter scene of the 70's, John Courage creates a sound that at once feels familiar yet urgent.
Kevin Carducci (The Easy Leaves)
Kevin is half of the songwriting duo known as The Easy Leaves.
The Easy Leaves are very top of the Country heap here in San Francisco, headlining and filling big rooms (Great American Music Hall, The Independent, Mystic Theatre), main stage set at last year's Outside Lands Festival (Willie Nelson told them 'We should play together again'!), CMT premieres their videos ... But more to the point, they write, record, and perform incredible songs. Songs that are meticulously crafted, and have great capabilities of (just plain) moving people. Under the guidance of Merle Haggard's music, and countless other important poets, The Easy Leaves have written their own great collection of poetry for the common man.
Swirling, ethereal layers hover at the fringes of the minimalist foundation of Ashley Allred's voice, guitar and flute on 'All I Need', her 2014 solo debut. Born out of the final notes of the band she fronted, Odd Bird, All I Need is a note to forward movement while noting the magic of the recent past. Co-produced, mixed and engineered by Bay Area up-and-comer Paul Haile (Trebuchet, Not to Reason Why) and mastered by Jonathan Burnside (Jawbreaker, Melvins, Sleepy Jackson) the Ep steps one foot firmly into the arena as a solo artist to remember.
Josh Windmiller (The Crux)
The dynamic frontman of the North Bay folk punk outfit known as The Crux. His onstage persona is part carnival barker, part sleazy reverend, and part super powered performance artist from the future.
The Out There Tapes
This is a celebration of the release of THE OUT THERE TAPES, a special project recorded at Gremlintone studios in Santa Rosa, California.
This compilation features regional artists recording original music to analog tape with Gremlintone’s producer, John Courage. We are celebrating by featuring four of the artists on the album at an intimate show at The Lost Church!
$10.00 - $15.00
$10 up to the day before and $15 day of show both online and at the door.
Private Parlor Shows are open to all friends and fans of The Lost Church and the performers.
Seating is first come, first served. We recommend you buy in advance to ensure being a part of the event (parlor shows often sell out), but you can also try purchasing at the door on the night of the show.
Online sales are active until 9:30pm the night of show (unless sold out). You can purchase tickets right at the door using a card via your phone and the above Ticketfly.com link. That old-fashioned cash is also accepted, of course.
