Carrie Able specializes in oil on linen paintings. She has exhibited extensively from the Honolulu Museum of Art and the Toledo Museum of Art to gallery showings in NYC and has been printed in publications such as the National Geographic Traveler. Private collections in the US and abroad exhibit Able’ s paintings.

When the artist is not painting, she enjoys writing poetry and making music, as well as, giving volunteer docent tours at The New Museum.

A solo exhibition of Able's work will open April 12th-June 10th at Carrie Able Gallery.

The Carrie Able Gallery opened in September 2016 in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The gallery showcases the work of the renowned oil on linen artist, Able, amongst the most exciting emerging visual artists.
