Armed with keyboards and a calling, Zack Be injects his brand of bombastic--elastic--polyrhythmic pop into the overstuffed 21st century media machine. On August 11th, Zack will be dropping his premier single/music video, "Wheels on a Family Church," a danceable math-pop epic.
A DMV native, Zack Be has been writing, producing, and performing for nearly a decade. As a founding member of multiple bands, including math-rock upstarts Cartoon Weapons and indie pop project Skyline Hotel, Zack has performed alongside numerous internationally renowned acts including Echo & the Bunnymen, TTNG, Zella Day, Tricot, Bent Knee, Giraffes? Giraffes!, Stardeath and White Dwarfs, and more. Between running his own DIY venue and working as a rehabilitation counselor for the mentally ill, Zack draws on years of experience, both musical and personal, to craft an impressively modern widescreen aural experience.
