Andrew started playing the ukulele when he was 13 years old and hasn't looked back. His love and passion of this little instrument shows in his playing and song writing ability. His first CD entitled "The Beginning" on which he composed eight of the 11 songs was a finalist in the "Ukulele Album of the Year" category at the 2014 Na Hoku Hanohano Awards.
A few of his songs have been used in a promotional video for Ocean Vodka, and his original song "E Ho'i Ke Aloha" was selected for an upcoming movie shot in Hawaii.
One of his music videos has also been selected for a promotional video for Hawaiian Airlines.
His second CD "A New Journey" was just released and Andrew composed 10 of the 14 songs on it and he has a few special friends and ukulele masters performing along with him including Jake Shimabukuro, Kalei Gamiao and Craig Chee.
Andrew's music is a mix of pop, Hawaiian, rock, latin and a little bit of jazz.
Raised in Hawaii, Corey picked up his first ukulele in fourth-grade music class and was immediately hooked on this little humble four-string instrument. Influenced by his father and different renowned ukulele virtuosos, Corey developed his own ukulele style that goes beyond Hawaiian tradition.
His first album FABLES earned him the first NĀ HŌKŪ HANOHANO nomination in 2014. His love of classical music drives him to explore classical music on his ukulele, and he becomes a pioneer in the exploration. So far he has tried various pieces composed by Bach, Mozart and Pachelbel. More pieces are expected to come out in the near future.
