R.LUM.R with special guests, Blossom & Jessica Domingo

Born into a musically inclined family, she embraced the stage naturally at the age of 12. For many years she performed alongside her uncle with his traveling steel drum band.
Upon moving to Portland, she has developed the identity of a unique songstress. Her first serious moments of vocal talent were as a backup singer for an R&B artist in 2011 which led her to write songs of her own. Blossom’s jazzy neo-soul inspired voice and meaningful lyrics have found her in the favor of Portland’s underground hip-hop scene.
In the winter of 2014 she released her first for-download project, Eclectic Garden which has lead to steady gigs around the Portland area. In 2015 Blossom is forming a band for live accompaniment during her shows and continuing to create music that stirs the soul. Blossom has a two track EP, Sass, dropping December 4th, 2015.

At an early age, Jessica was surrounded by multiple instruments collected in her basement, later finding herself interested in learning piano, drums, and guitar.

By the age of 15, Jessica started posting YouTube videos as an outlet to practice and play renditions of her favorite songs. Once she uploaded her very first YouTube cover of Frank Ocean’s “Thinking Bout You", she garnered over 2 million views with a total of 4 million views on her YouTube channel.

“As I was still discovering my voice, I felt inspired to write my own music and write what I wanted to express.” She grew up being influenced by artists such as Amy Winehouse, Lauryn Hill, Sade, Janet Jackson, Gwen Stefani, and Norah Jones. When utilizing writing as an outlet, it accomplished her completion of her experimental full-length debut album, Just Vibe, released in 2014 and her EP, Masterpiece, released in 2015.

After a few years of experimental projects, Jessica began to discover and hone her sound after working with multiple producers in Seattle, Los Angeles and San Diego. Jessica's latest EP titled "Moonplay" released September 2016. Moonplay portrays a hybrid of alternative R&B with a mix of electronic sounds, laced with sultry vocals and digitized production that infuse synth pads, dreamy guitar layers and 808 kits.
