Songwriter Circle with Jeremy Lyon featuring Duncan Nielsen (DonCat), Jefferson Bergey, and Brett Hunter (to benefit Planned Parenthood) - Private Parlor Show (($10 before & $15 day of show))

Jeremy Lyon

Jeremy Lyon is a singer, guitarist, and songwriter specializing in an Americana inspired mix of rock, soul, and indie music.

He is most commonly known for his work fronting Tumbleweed Wanderers, which he founded in 2011. The band released two albums, three EPs, toured with acts such as Greensky Bluegrass and The Revivalists, and played festivals such as Outside Lands and Hardly Strictly Bluegrass.

He is currently working on his first solo album.

Duncan Nielsen (Doncat)

DONCAT is Duncan Nielsen, a San Francisco based songwriter and performer with a penchant for rock, soul and folk stylings. His songs draw from the deep history of California counter-culture music and discuss both the hope and uncertainty of the American dream in kaleidoscopic cynicism.

Jefferson Bergey

When he isn't performing in a family-friendly environment, Bergey takes great delight in participating in shows that could very well be considered family-unfriendly. Bergey writes and performs his own unique genre of (Immature) Adult Contemporary in various comedy shows, podcasts, story-telling events, and house concerts. It's coffee shop singer-songwriter folk music... if the coffee shop also sold sex toys and sativa gummy bears. Definitely not for the very young or the very old and quite possibly conservative.

Brett Hunter

Brett Hunter has been writing soulful tunes for the better part of a decade, and his latest project - The Brett Hunter Band - hit the road for their first tour in January. The band, featuring Tim Marconett on guitar, Daniel Erik on bass and Patrick Shields on percussion, blends Brett's distinct songwriting with an eclectic groove that captivates audiences and gets everyone dancing.

In many ways, the band's sound transcends genre. Steeped in soul and anchored in a truly authentic form of songwriting that's often lost in music today, there's something for everyone in BHB's set. Brett Hunter has a gift for writing songs that bring people together and resonate deeply with audiences. This strong lyrical foundation, coupled with the elements of R&B/ Gospel/ Jazz/ Soul/ Folk/ Blues his band weaves throughout their music, creates a musical experience that heals the soul.
