Andy Babiuk

When you wake up on Sunday morning, you HAVE to head down to our Rolling Stones Brunch, for everything Stones- including Andy’s phenomenal presentation on Rolling Stone Gear. Andy’s not just a superb musician- and bass player with the Empty Hearts and The Chesterfield Kings- he’s also a pre-eminent rock ‘n roll historian. His books on Beatles Gear and Stone Gear are gracing coffee tables worldwide, and his talk goes into crazy fascinating detail about how the Stones got their sound. (Including, of course, Keith’s famous 5 string Tele.)

The Tearaways

With stacked harmonies, driving acoustic guitars, pounding rhythms and searing leads, these guys combine the influences of the British invasion with the sound of the California Surf. Last year, they dazzled the crowd at our Beatles Brunch, and this year they’re dipping into their Stones repertoire. “We do a killer version of Let’s Spend The Night Together!” Make sure you catch them at the Stones Brunch Sunday morning. You will become immediate, life-long fans of these effervescent boys in men’s clothing. We are

Daniel Page

This young hot-shot may have been born and raised in Malibu in the 90’s, but in a parallel universe he grew up in London in 60’s, jamming with The Kinks, The Stones and The Beatles. He’s a 60’s kid in a millennial body, and appropriately just got taken under the wing of legendary Doors’ guitar player Robbie Krieger, who just produced Daniel’s first EP. Daniel’s music combines all those influences from the 60’s but wrapped up in a sound that is uniquely his own.

The Kenneth Brian Band

These guys are MGF royalty. The Kenneth Brian Band blew everyone away last year with their blend of Southern rock ’n roll, amazing guitar-work and superlative singing… all in the service of some of the most heartfelt songs you’ll ever hear, courtesy of the man in the big hat, Mr Kenneth Brian. It’s like taking the best road-trip of your life, staring out the window at lost highways, big skies, and the flashes of distant lightning storms away on the horizon. Plus they’ve got Steve Ferrone drumming with them, which is almost more than we can stand. Brilliant, authentic, soul-stirring… we can’t wait

Brooke Halpin & Scott Moyer

The radio show has been on the air for 2 years, broadcasting on 97.5 KBU, www.kbu.fm and www.wrockradio.com. The show has grown throughout the world, with special guests including RINGO STARR, ANGIE McCARTNEY (Paul’s stepmother), LAURENCE JUBER, SPENCER DAVIS, BRUCE SPIZER, ALBERT LEE, CHRIS WALTER and IVOR DAVIS. Brooke Halpin has written 3 books on The Beatles: “Do You Really Know The Beatles?,” “A Magical Mystery Time,” and his new book, “Experiencing The Beatles – A Listener’s Companion.”

Coffee Shop Trio (w/ Steve Ferrone)

Steve Ferrone is an English drummer. He was a member of the Average White Band, and has recorded and performed with numerous other high-profile acts, including Slash, Chaka Khan, Eric Clapton, Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, Duran Duran, Scritti Politti and Johnny Cash.
