From Good Stock: Chef Andy Ricker of Pok Pok (6:00pm)



Land and Sea Dept. is pleased to announce that Chef Andy Ricker of the Pok Pok empire will kick off the 3rd season of From Good Stock, our annual fall supper club series.

Andy will join us for two dinners at LSD’s studio space on Friday 9/30 - the first at 6pm, and the second at 9:30pm. He’ll cook up a three course Tai Yai / Shan meal from the North of Thailand.

LSD beverage director Paul McGee will create beverage pairings for the evening featuring Pok Pok’s line of drinking vinegars & Letherbee Gin, as well as beers from Marz Community Brewing and Pok Pok's Som soda (and maybe even some Thai jelly beers!).

DJ Logan Bay will provide a soundtrack of Thai jams.

Tickets are $100 for this chance to enjoy Pok Pok’s acclaimed cuisine in Chicago, including both food and beverage.

Menu contains pork, seafood & nuts. We are unable to accommodate menu substitutions or alterations.
