Cigar City Brewing
Cigar City Brewing was established in 2008 by Tampa native, Joey Redner, Jr. In early 2008, Redner met Wayne Wambles, accomplished professional brewer, and hired him as head brewmaster. Wayne relocated in March of 2008 to begin the process of learning the local culture, applying that culture to CCB's beers, and opening this new microbrewery in Tampa, Florida.
Cigar City Brewing was rated the "#3 Best Brewery in the World" by RateBeer.com in 2010's Ratebeer's Best Awards; and then the #"4 Best Brewery in the World" in 2011's polling's of 10,000+ breweries. Their most award-winning beer in the U.S. is their Humidor Series IPA which won back-to-back medals at the Great American Beer Festival: Gold in 2009 and Silver in 2010 for the "Wood Aged" beer category.
The first commercial batches of Cigar City beer were released into the Tampa Bay marketplace in March 2009. The total year-end production was around 1,000 barrels of beer in 2009. 2010 production was 3,500 barrels, and 2011 projections are thought to be in excess of 8,500 barrels. Cigar's City is to be come Florida's regional brewery; and it seems that they are well on their way to attainment.
Orange Blossom Brewing
Originating out of Tom Moench’s garage, Orange Blossom Pilsner started as a homebrew recipe. After selling his successful craft beer distributorship and winning several awards for OBP, he decided to take his production to a larger scale in 2007.
With a plan to first build the brand through contract brewing and establish a customer base, later sales would justify building a physical brewery. After careful selection with strict quality assurance and quality control standards, OBP’s three core brands were produced by Thomas Creek Brewery in South Carolina. Experiencing limited capacity, OBP’s production was capped and unable to meet demand.
In 2014, OBP partnered with Brew Hub in Lakeland, Florida to expand production. Through this transition to the new facility, OBP has evolved into Orange Blossom Brewing Company.
Through Brew Hub, the business model changed from contract brewing to partner brewing. Partner brewing allowed the OBBC to not only brew the beer to the exact specifications predetermined by Tom, but also to package and distribute from Brew Hub and make the beer available for distribution in more markets
Funky Buddha Brewery
Funky Buddha Brewery was founded in 2010 in Boca Raton, Florida, and is committed to producing bold craft beers that marry culinary-inspired ingredients with time-honored technique. Our mantra is big, bold flavors, made exactingly with natural ingredients. So, for example, if we say a beer will taste like peanut butter and jelly, you can be sure you’ll smell and taste the fresh roasted peanuts and fruity berry jam. Our flagship beers such as Hop Gun IPA and Floridian Hefeweizen, also strive towards big, bold flavor. It’s who we are.
Our Brewery is located in the heart of Oakland Park’s new Culinary Arts District. The 40,000 sq-ft facility is powered by a 30-barrel, three-piece brewhouse, which feeds nearly 28,000 BBLs of capacity, making us South Florida’s largest craft microbrewery. Each of our distinctive beers is brewed using the finest, all-natural ingredients, then served up unpasteurized, unfiltered, and unfussed with. We offer tours of our facility, rotating food trucks nightly, and growlers of our brewery fresh beer to-go.
You can sample our creations in our spacious tap room - open 7 days a week, noon to midnight - as well as in bars and restaurants all across South Florida. And of course, we still brew at our original location in Boca Raton, the Funky Buddha Brewery & Lounge, which has become a test kitchen for our more experimental brews.
High Heel Brewing
High Heel Brewing is an innovative new craft beer company that designs brews specifically with female craft beer enthusiasts in mind. The company’s first two beers are Slingback, a Perry Ale and Too Hop’d to Handle, an Double IPA. Master brewer Kristi McGuire founded the company in 2016. The beers are brewed in partnership with Brew Hub and are available throughout the state of Florida.

Darwin Brewing Company
Canadian born Darwin cut her teeth in recent years as a resident at the infamous underground Berlin club Griessmuehle. Her sounds span the UK to slicked out, robotic, sci-fi inspired techno, which you can hear on her emerging label SPE:C.
