Grow Rock: UIEC Earth Month Benefit Concert

Grow Rock: UIEC Earth Month Benefit Concert

Come, listen, and dance to great local music and celebrate Earth Month with the UI Environmental Coalition. Every Earth Month a concert is held to celebrate the planet and pay it forward with a donation to a local organization. Admission is $4 and there is an optional $1 raffle to win some groovy prizes. All proceeds from this event will go to UAY to fund an environmental art workshop event.

Featuring the tunes of:

• Addison Payne - I am a musician from Waverly, IA. I have a background in classic American music and play guitar, piano, and banjo during my sets. I draw inspiration from a wide variety of sources, including folk, blues, rock and roll, and country

• Matthew Bancroft-Smithe - Ditto to Addison

• Age Sex Location - These guys have an old school Americana sound to tell the new age American story. A classy classification of misfits! Age Sex Location!!

• Fairhaven - Fairhaven is a ska band from Davenport, Iowa. They've been playing together for 6 years, putting on high energy shows around America. Expect to dance
