Murs 3:16 in association with Guerilla Union are proud to present the Paid Dues – 5th Annual Independent Hip Hop Festival. It is the biggest showcase of independent Hip Hop talent in the festival's rich history. Over 25 acts on two stages will be performing on Saturday, April 3rd at the NOS Events Center in San Bernardino, CA.

Ice Cube

Ice Cube, is an American rapper, actor, screenwriter, and producer. He began his career as a member of the rap group N.W.A along with group leader Eazy-E, and later launched a successful solo career in music and cinema.

Murs and 9th Wonder

MURS is an American rapper. His name is an acronym that he himself has created multiple meanings for such as "Making the Universe Recognize and Submit" or "Making Underground Raw Shit." He is signed to the independent label Record Collection and is a member of the hip hop groups Living Legends, Felt, and the 3 Melancholy Gypsys.

Raekwon

Raekwon (sometimes "Raekwon the Chef"), is an American rapper and a member of the Wu-Tang Clan. Jay Electronica

Dilated Peoples

Dilated Peoples is an underground hip hop group that resides in California. The group achieved notability in the underground hip hop community, although it has had little mainstream success in the US, with the exception of the song "This Way," a 2004 collaboration with Kanye West.
