Gowanus is an experimental American rock 'n roll trio that has its origins in the neighborhood surrounding the toxic Brooklyn waterway, an area now known for fostering experimental artistic collaboration. The group uses dynamic analog and digital instrumentation to create steady yet expansive rock 'n roll music infused with an electro-funk and slightly psychedelic adventurousness. Currently performing throughout the NYC club circuit, the band is working towards their debut album which is set to be released this spring.
