Brett Randell is a singer/songwriter from NY, Austin, TX, and now Denver, CO. Over the past 6 years, Brett has recorded 3 CDs, toured the US and Europe multiple times, and played over 300 shows across the world. With an emphasis on stories, lyrics and catchy melodies, Brett's clear and powerful voice brings emotion and energy to the singer/songwriter genre.
A few years back, Brett grabbed his guitar, a backpack, and a one-way ticket to Florence, spending 6-months traveling around the Mediterranean. With no goal but to play music and meet all types of people, he worked on Italian vineyards, Turkish farms, hitchhiked across countries, and played music from rooftops in Istanbul to ancient streets in Croatia, seasides in Olympos to radio stations in Athens, pubs and houseboats in London and on and on. These travels inspired the songs for Brett's new EP, "Rise" which will be available in Fall 2015, featuring musicians from Austin, TX and Denver, CO.
“Best live shows to catch in NYC” – The Village Voice. Take Norah Jones' tone, Fiona Apple's growl, and Ani Difranco's honesty - and you've got Aly Tadros. The Texas-born and NY-based artist songstress has performed over 900 shows in 10 countries since her 2009 debut. Her unique folk-stylings can be traced everywhere from her Egyptian roots, to the traditional Mexican vihuela she uses on stage and in the studio. Aly has been featured in American Songwriter, Interview Magazine, Paste, USA Today, MTV, The Village Voice and more. She endorses Fender & H. Jimenez instruments. In December 2016, she released her third album, "Hungry Ghost," co-produced by Kevin Salem (Rachael Yamagata, Yo La Tengo, Mike Doughty). Popdose calls the album a "baker’s dozen of solid, heartfelt and dynamic songs with a crispness and perfect balance of sound".
