After hearing Sam Chase perform, you will quickly understand why he is considered one of the best, undiscovered talents in the industry.

A graduate of Berklee College of Music with a degree in Music Production and Engineering, Chase has been creating quite a buzz with his self-produced debut album ‘Songs For Someone’ released in June 2009.

The album itself explores a few different genres displaying Chase’s wide-range of influences, from the James Taylor-like “Shine” to the Alt. Country “Nebraska” to the Tom Petty-like “Sharpless Jones”.

While artists such as James Taylor, Jason Mraz and John Mayer all come to mind after hearing Chase, he writes and sings songs with a voice that is entirely his own—both soothing and effortless.

Sam is also an award winning songwriter. Most recently he was the winner of the 2010 CT Folk Festival's Songwriting Contest and was a Top 10 finalist in the 2009 Solarfest Songwriting Contest as well.

Sam has shared the stage with such artists as Rusted Root, Jonathan Edwards, John Pousette-Dart Band, Ryan Montbleau Band, Edie Carey, Caleb Hawley, Barefoot Truth and many more.

Currently, Sam is based on the South Shore of Massachusetts, playing gigs throughout Cape Cod and Boston.
