The Canadian Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (CARAS) along with Sonic Unyon are gearing up for the latest edition of the JUNO Concert Series in advance of JUNO Week 2015 in Hamilton, Ontario. A diverse lineup of established artists and rising talent will collaborate to salute the best in Canadian love songs for an unforgettable Valentine’s Day at Mills Hardware in Hamilton. Proceeds from the February 14 event will go to MusiCounts, Canada’s music education charity associated with CARAS.
The exciting slate of performers includes Ben Somer, Brad Germain (Dinner Belles), Dylan Hudecki (By Divine Right, Cowlick), George Pettit (Alexisonfire, Dead Tired), Ginger St. James, Lou Molinaro (Tongue Fu), Rita Chiarelli, Sarah Good, Terra Lightfoot, Tom Wilson (Junkhouse, Blackie & the Rodeo Kings, Lee Harvey Osmond) and Wayne Petti (Cuff the Duke), and featuring Harlan Pepper as house band — with more performers to be announced, along with special guests.

The JUNO Concert Series will strike a chord with Canadian music lovers and build excitement for 2015 JUNO Week in Hamilton, Ontario, March 9– March 15, 2015. The weeklong celebration will culminate with The 2015 JUNO Awards Broadcast on CTV on Sunday, March 15.
Curated by Sonic Unyon, the JUNO Concert Series is presented by the Ontario Media Development Corporation (OMDC) and supported by Exclaim! Media and View Magazine.
CARAS is dedicated to year-round initiatives that foster the talent of Canadian musicians and provide opportunities for homegrown artists to showcase their work. Now in its fourth year, the JUNO Concert Series is an important element of this year-round mandate. To date, the JUNO Concert Series has raised over $30,000 for MusiCounts.
The new programming follows nine successful JUNO Concert Series shows that have taken place since 2011 at the Horseshoe Tavern and Lula Lounge in Toronto.
