Moonrise Festival - 2 Day

"Internationally renowned DJ/Producer/Remixer KASKADE has taken the world of electronic music by storm, and shows no signs of slowing down. The proof came in 2010 when "Dynasty," Kaskade's sixth album, climbed to #5 on the iTunes Charts for all genres.

"Dynasty" is the follow-up release to the massively successful "Strobelite Seduction," which garnered four global hit singles and was #1 on iTunes Dance for six weeks. With consistent and high music chart placement (topping Billboard Hot Dance Airplay, iTunes Dance, BBC Radio, and "most played record" on Sirius Dance Radio in 2009) and various TV and film licensing placements ("Sex and the City" movie and soundtrack, "Devil Wears Prada," and "Date Night" with Steve Carrell and Tina Fey), Kaskade's sound still holds authentic to the underground, generating some of the biggest club anthems year."

By combining sound and force with weight, the Bassnectar experience engulfs the senses. The experience of Bassnectar is more visceral than auditory, as the music sets any stage for an adventure without rules or limitations. On Bassnectar's stage, there is no hesitation in fusing the familiar with the strange or the classic with the
cutting edge.

Bassnectar is the brainchild of Lorin Ashton, and his open-sourced musical project is as diverse as it is imaginary, as raw as it is meticulous, and as fierce as it is stunning. Spanning the spectrum of sonic style, the music draws inspiration from every genre imaginable and supplies a synthesis of intense, wobbling basslines and hypnotic soundscapes for a devout international audience that desires the beautiful and the bestial in the same breath.

In whatever medium Bassnectar works, music is the lure and social impact is the sincere intention. According to Ashton, "We are so blessed, and so deeply fortunate to be alive and awake right now…it's a basic truth, but it's very powerful. I think privilege confers responsibility, and Bassnectar is a reflection of that opportunity to give back; the motion of my cells bouncing back at the world."

After a blitz in the studio, they've released 5 tracks with an Upcoming EP to hit the scene shortly.

A$AP Ferg is a HipHop artist out of Harlem, NY.

Bro Safari is the alter-ego of DJ and producer, Knick. He's already well-known and deeply established in the music scene as a result of his work with leading American Drum & Bass group Evol Intent. Not to mention, his wildly popular output as 1/2 of the genre-bending mash-up duo, Ludachrist.

While his production work spans the entire spectrum of bass music, Bro Safari has been relentless at pushing his unique take on the burgeoning Moombahton movement. As a result, Bro Safari is currently ushering in a new wave of listeners to the genre and he is set to be an early champion of this new scene.

With support from artists like Diplo, DJ Craze, Knife Party and more, it's becoming increasingly apparent that Bro Safari is someone to keep an eye on in 2012 and beyond.

"Making music is about having an impact," exclaims DJ Carnage.

It's easy to feel the impact on every track the Los Angeles-based artist produces or remixes. With a versatile mindset and deft approach, he siphons electro, hip hop, pop, and trap into an intoxicating brew unlike anything out there. It's dirty, defiant, and diverse.

Carnage embraced music at a very young age. Before moving to the suburbs of Maryland, he grew up in Nicaragua and Guatemala. It gave him an international consciousness and perspective at a young age that would pervade his art. In order to get through long car rides with his mom, he'd make mix CDs of everything from Kanye West to Michael Jackson, and they'd listen to them together. It was with mom's encouragement that he began actually building his own tracks.

He recalls, "It's funny because one day my mom was like, 'Why don't you make your own beats?' I'd never thought of it before, so she bought me Fruity Loops. From there, I just got hooked."

He carved out a sizable local following in Maryland, slinging independent mixtapes and solidifying an online presence. Niles from The Cataracs actually stumbled upon his MySpace page and immediately became a fan. Their correspondence turned into a creative partnership and led to Carnage's signing with Indie Pop.

One of his first projects under that banner was a tripped-out and captivating remix of Yuna's "Live Your Life". Soon, Tiesto began spinning the cut on his popular Club Life podcast, while Paul Oakenfold inserted it into regular rotation on his radio show, Planet Perfecto. Carnage began turning heads. His "Festival Trap" remix of Hardwell's "Spaceman" soon exceeded 100k plays on Soundcloud, and he teamed up with Theophilus London and ASAP Rocky for the 2012 single, "Big Spender", and he co-produced The Cataracs "All You", featuring Waka Flocka Flame and Kaskade.

Everything simply laid the groundwork for the release of his proper debut, "Bang", on Fool's Gold though. It's an incendiary instrumental with a big hip hop bounce and a dubstep drop at just the right moment. "It's really massive," he enthuses. "It's a rap record with a huge drop. You never hear that kind of climax in hip hop or trap records. It's the perfect introduction to who I am because it touches on so many genres."

The single's B-side is a grimy and guttural gem that sees him collaborate with 15-year-old Chicago underground rap sensation, Katie Got Bandz. It's bound to get the internet going crazy.

There's nothing quite like seeing Carnage live though. Every show explodes based off his hyperkinetic energy and formidable presence. He's rocked stages at Nocturnal Wonderland, Electric Daisy Carnival, Coachella, and more as well as performing alongside Borgore, A-Trak, The Cataracs, and countless others.

"I'm a big black guy who loves to rage," he chuckles. "I'm not what you expect. I feed off the crowd and go for it."

That's why Carnage's impact will be felt for a long time to come.

The name itself presents a terrifying image- a mangled, forced extraction, quite literally "removal by cutting". It should come as no surprise that the sounds behind this name are just as filthy, brutal, and unforgiving as the namesake suggests.
Excision shows are like no other- a virtual apocalypse of twisting and morphing sounds turn massive crowds into a frenzy, as virtual walls of bass are relentlessly impaled time and time again upon their fragile bodies and ears. Your ears will ring and your eyes will roll into the back of your head as you are suspended in what can only be called a true sensory overload. Bass will rain down from above for hours as Excision's skills as a DJ and producer shine like an unholy light from the underworld.
The true champion of bass music, Excision hails from Kelowna, British Columbia. The founder of the ROTTUN label, a bass music conglomerate that has shaped the sound of modern Bass music, Excision has created a vast roster of allies that has only bolstered his spot as a warrior of bass music. Armed with a library of destruction and filth, Excision has time and time again tested the limits of electronic music with vastly different sets that encompass a full range of genres. The things you see and hear during the precious time you are engaged by Excision's sounds will eclipse your mind for a lifetime, as you are constantly enlightened by the true fervor and energy that only an Excision set can provide.

Lotus has crafted a unique musical style outside of simple genre limitations. On a given weekend the band could be the only group with guitars at an all electronic music festival and then the next night crash a traditional rock festival with their dance heavy beats, synths and samples. Equal parts instrumental post-rock and electronic dance, the band's distinguishing feature is the ability to maintain a decidedly unique musical voice and remain current while bucking passing trends.

No matter what the venue, the energetic joy and catharsis of a Lotus show is infectious. The band slowly built a devoted fan base through steady touring and the crowds have grown at an increasing pace. This grassroots growth has made the band in high demand for festivals including Bonnaroo, Outside Lands, Ultra, and Rothbury and earned the band sold out shows at the country's premier theatres and clubs.

Lotus's new self-titled album moves in a decidedly more electronic direction than their previous two releases - Hammerstrike (2008) and Oil on Glass/Feather on Wood (2009). Analog synthesizers, manipulated sounds, dub effects and heavy bass are complemented by horn and string arrangements in addition to Lotus's standard guitar/bass/drums instrumentation. Grooves move from slinky funk and gritty half-time on the first half of the album to the beautiful and expansive closing track Orchids. While short pieces of vocals are used throughout, the only song to feature singing is The Surf. The track may be the closest thing to an indie-pop song the band has released, but the melodic guitar hooks and ecstatic synth parts are pure Lotus.

Similar to their music, the recording process for the album looked in multiple directions in order to achieve a distinct style. Using traditional recording methods to track live to analog tape and then editing and mixing using modern techniques created an expanded musical space filled with uniquely crafted sounds. The band road tested and tweaked these tracks for the better part of two years. The result is an album worthy of the self-titled status - the band's singular sound and spirit runs through every track.

Morgan Page was best known in the underground for his
bootleg Cease & Desist album – a collection of unauthorized
remixes of artists like Coldplay, Imogen Heap, and David
Bowie. The album drew rave reviews online and with DJs;
becoming an instant underground classic. Ironically, rather
than receive the expected cease and desist letters, the
album provided the majors with a solid showcase of Page's
work, and it wasn't long before they began hiring Morgan to
legitimately remix artists like Stevie Nicks, Nelly Furtado, and
Frank Sinatra.
Now, established as a sought after remixer, Morgan Page
has signed with Nettwerk Records to release his debut
album, ELEVATE. It's a unique 12-song collection of
remixes and original songs that seamlessly weaves
highlights of Morgan's prolific production career with his
organic, melody-driven tracks. The single, "The Longest
Road" charted on US, UK, and German dance charts, and
has been supported by some of the world's highest-profile
DJs.

Christopher Mercer, aka Rusko was born in Leeds in 1985 to a musical family. From day one Rusko was surrounded by music whether it be his families piano's, guitars, banjo's and saxophones…or in his later years the heavy reggae and dub sound systems of Leeds, music has always been an integral part of Rusko's life.
After graduating from Leeds university with a degree in musical performance, Rusko discovered the world of dubstep through SUB DUB and a debut appearance from the "Digital Mystikz", having spent the past 10 years making future dub alongside Leeds very own Iration Steppas, Rusko connected with the sound and moved down to London to further advance his musical opportunities.
Veering away from the dark, serious side of the sound Rusko bought a highly driven energy and fun approach to the dubstep massive, quickly coining his own take on the genre that infected . His sound appealed to many people outside of the dubstep world as his productions became more adventurous in formula, sound and energy. His huge hit "Cockney Thug" has been played by everyone from Pete Tong, Switch, Diplo and Santogold. And has been remixed by Buraka Som sistema, Diplo, Drop the Lime and the Scratch Perverts.
Now part of the Mad Decent Camp with collaborations on the horizon with the likes of Switch, Diplo , Santigold, Trouble Andrew, Hot Chip and more…the future sure is looking bright. Currently setting the radio airwaves alight with his own productions and remixes of artists such as The Prodigy, Basement Jaxx, Little Boots and plenty more, Rusko is only going in one direction. Onwards, upwards and far beyond any other young producer could dream of.

Sander van Doorn

Some people call Sander a technical & musical genius. And who can deny it? He has cranked out more dance floor destroyers, sold-out gigs, number one records, and awards than most artists do in a lifetime.

With the help of classics like Grasshopper, Punk'd and Riff, recent hits like Love is Darkness and of course massive collabs and remixes of The Killers (Spaceman), Sia
(The Girl You Lost To Cocaine), Robbie Williams (Close My Eyes) and Depeche Mode (Peace) Sander shrugged off the confines of genre typecasting long ago and created something he preferres to call 'SvD-style'.

Besides his busy production schedule, Sander has worked tirelessly to bring his radioshow 'Identity' and his clubbing concept, Dusk till Doorn to fruition. And if this mountain of accomplishments were not enough, he somehow makes time to produce his quarterly 'how-to' show called 'Studio Sessions' on his YouTube channel (SanderVanDoornTV).

With a tour diary that sees the superstar play to more than a million fans each year, there's no doubt that Sander van Doorn is one of dance music's sons. Within just a few years, Sander has blasted his way to the top. And this is only the beginning.

If somewhere, in the vast expanse of the multiverse, there exists a planet where giant exotic birds twerk to trap and hard-style all day long under a blazing tropical sun, then DJ Snake is definitely from that planet. Hailing from Paris, France, the grammy-nominated producer exports a brand of party music so ferociously groovy that it instantly sets any party on fire, regardless of how steamy it may already be. His 2013 Jeffree's release "Bird Machine" is an infectious, staple trap anthem that brilliantly samples a bird whistle for the drop and has made a solid name for itself as one of the hottest songs of the year. It has received extensive play from the likes of Dillon Francis, Diplo, and Baauer, to name but a few, on some of the largest festival stages in the world. DJ Snake's ability to fuse fun, outrageous melodies with his genius trademark style makes it safe to say that we have a lot to be excited about when it comes to what we can expect next.

Tommy trash

Fist in the air and unmistakable locks at large, Tommy Trash is not your stereotypical Dance icon. With an armoury of his own carefully created anthems, this Australian club grinder has thrown to one side the clean-shaven image of EDM idols. Without a hint of compromise where quality is concerned, 2012 is proving a landmark year for the thunder from down under.

Outside of his party-hard stage presence, the ARIA Award-nominated producer's approach to mind-blowing music remains as heartfelt as they come. As high-profile remix duties for the Swedish House Mafia and Deadmau5 would indicate, demand for his delinquent House cuts is sky high. With signings on labels ranging from Axtone and Refune right through to Mau5trap and Tiësto 's Musical Freedom imprint, every new installment of his poignant floor filling productions lay testament to the pride the Aussie takes in his blazing musical legacy.

With global club culture spiraling to such unfathomable heights, Tommy has had little trouble fitting the bigger bills now associated with his craft. From the most prestigious nightspots around the globe to the ever-expanding global festivals that he so seamlessly conquers, there is no stage too grand or miniscule for him to tailor his adrenaline fuelled turntable dexterity to. In line with his successive industry triumphs, the road ahead looks set to comfortably accommodate the intense energy and unique characteristics that Tommy continues to bring to Electronic Dance music. With forthcoming collaborations alongside the likes of Tiësto , Sebastian Ingrosso and A-Trak promise to unravel before 2012 is out. In the age of easy fit solutions, you cannot fake the breakneck stamina and heartfelt integrity of Australia's standard setting Dance floor warrior.

Waka Flocka Flame

After five years in the rap game Waka Flocka Flame has learned a lot, he's matured musically and he's accomplished more than most people can fathom when they start their ascent to the top. His first mixtape, Salute Me or Shoot Me, Vol. 1 featured Waka Flocka's breakout hit "O Let's Do It" and since that single hit the No. 7 spot on the charts he hasn't looked back. Fast forward to 2013 and the man known as Waka Flocka Flame has gone through a rebirth of sorts and is continuing his journey with a new label (Atlantic Records) and a new management team (The Executive Club). When it comes to the reason why Waka has made this change in his career, the reasoning is simple—growth.

With a track record like Waka's it's clear that his future is bright and that it's starting right now. His new single "50K" featuring T.I. is taking it straight to the club; a reminder that he's the king of Southern party music. Outside of T.I., Waka has recently worked with Frenchie, Lil Wayne, Britney Spears and The Cataracts. This is all part of the master plan leading up to the release of his highly anticipated third album titled Flockaveli II. The upcoming EP will feature collaborations with Ne-Yo, French Montana, Chaz Gotti, Swizz Beatz, Busta Rhymes, MGK, Jeezy and more of music's heavy hitters.

The man born Juaquin Malphurs in Jamaica, Queens and raised in Riverdale, GA is ready to show you exactly what evolution is all about. "I'm not bullsh*ttin' with this album. I'm going hard." Get ready for the second coming of Waka Flocka Flame because he's back, he isn't going anywhere and he's more ready than ever to show you how it's really done.

DC and Hooks are Zeds Dead.

They first hooked up in 2004 and formed Mass Productions. Influenced by the digging in the crates sampling school of hip hop, Mass Productions released one independent album in the summer of 2007 entitled Fresh Beetz. It was their first and only release.

In the summer of 2009, the two launched their second collaboration - Zeds Dead - turning up the bpm and aiming the bass-lines at the dance-floor. Soon after Zeds Dead (alongside the Killabits) founded a weekly party in Toronto called BassMentality. Guests have included Nero, Skrillex, 12th Planet, Borgore, Mary Anne Hobbs, Plastician, Netsky, and many more.

Two of the hardest workers in electronic music, Zeds Dead's tireless efforts have earned them an excellent reputation amongst a new generation of producers as artists without borders - genres hold no bearing over their music as they transcend style and form with ease. By pulling from a vast array of source material (Radiohead, The Rolling Stones, The Moody Blues, Sublime), and molding it into their unique brand of dance-floor classics, They have established themselves as a dominant force in EDM circles and have received recognition and praise from tastemakers worldwide. With a stockpile of originals and remixes set to be released in 2011, DC and Hooks show no signs of slowing down.

Catch them live and you'll know: Zeds Dead is here to stay

Caleb Cornett was born and raised in the small town of Morehead, Kentucky. Bluegrass and psychedelic rock were key components of his early years in the South long before Daft Punk and Giorgio Moroder took over. "My dad was really into bands like Pink Floyd, Yes, and Tangerine Dream," says Cornett. In high school, his musical projects were modeled from the aesthetics of "more dramatic music" like Sigur Rós and Explosions in the Sky.

Cornett's exposure to indie acts, and eventually to house music, came from spending Friday nights watching MTV's Subterranean. During the half-hour chunk of indie programming, he fell in love with songs like Dirty Vegas' "Days Go By" and Prodigy's "Breathe" and the "kick drum... high hat... snare" notably absent from classic rock and folk. With the then-nascent Napster, Cornett feverishly downloaded and digested records from the likes of Fatboy Slim and the Chemical Brothers...Caleb had found the sound.

A decade later, a 25 year old Cornett is known to the world as Amtrac. With a few year's worth of incredibly diverse remixes and originals under his belt, Amtrac has come into his sound at the convergence of deep house, garage, and disco. The vibe is part poolside, part lounge, part mainstage, depending on where the needle runs. If you've ever warmed up to house from a cautious distance - Amtrac is an opening to rediscover the genre.

At a time where the upcoming talents in the scene of Electronic Dance Music seem to get younger by the second, another promisingh his incredible sense beautiful melodies and a production quality that deserves a lot of recognition, Nate "Audien" Rathbun is starting to show off his skills in a trance and progressive scene that many had mistaken for being dead and gone.

At age 18 and hailing from the Northeastern shores of USA, Nate has silently been honing his skills ever since his first encounter with EDM at age 15. Having been brought up in a family with a mother that was very passionate about music in general, and a father that expressed his joy through guitar playing and singing, undoubtedly helped to shape Nate's passion for music. Starting off with up-tempo techno gradually transitioning to trance and progressive. It did not take long fo prospect of tomorrow has appeared. Witr people to see that Nate had a flair for the melodies and the production skills required to create quality productions.

Recently Nate has seen his originals and remixes getting picked up by heavyweight UK trance labels Armada, Enhanced Recordings, Flashover, Black Hole, and Alter Ego among others. Recently Nate signed a track to Ferry Corsten's dutch imprint Flashover Recordings which ended up on Ferry's hot compilation theory entitled "Once Upon A Night" among many other compilations lisenced by Armada, Enhanced, and others.

Nate has never had a problem with airplay. His productions have frequently been featured on radio shows such as A State Of Trance with Armin Van Buuren, Trance Around The World with Above and Beyond, Corsten's Countdown with Ferry Corsten, Tiesto's Club Life, including many other shows hosted by credible and established Producers and DJs.

On the remix front Nate has proven himself capable at working at an amazing pace; finishing remixes for before mentioned, Enhanced Recordings, AVA (Armada), the also UK based Alter Ego, and with numerous other deals in the works it is safe to say that it will not take long before the world will be making the first encounter with young, yet incredibly gifted American.

Creepin While Ya Sleepin

Anytime he hits the stage, Crizzly has no choice but to go hard. Channeling hyperactive energy and uncontainable swagger, the San Antonio DJ and producer ignites crowds with an intoxicating, infectious, and inimitable blend of dubstep and hip-hop, which he affectionately terms, "Crunkstep". However, there's a lot more to the 21-year-old artist.

Music became a part of Chris Lee "Crizzly" Marshall's life at a very young age. As he recalls, he discovered it as a child--insisting on making his kindergarten class listen to the Space Jam soundtrack during naptime--but he didn't formally embrace it until high school. Picking up a set of turntables, he scored his first gigs at birthday parties. At 19-years-old, production began to inspire him, and he started remixing rap songs from YouTube with a distinctive flare. He released his own takes on Waka Flocka Flame's "Hard in Da Paint" and "Snap Back Swag" from AJ Hernz, and suddenly he set the blogosphere ablaze. Numerous web sites began reposting these cuts, and Crizzly developed a fervent following.

However, some guerilla tactics helped garner even more high profile attention for the fledgling DJ. After playing 2011's Electric Daisy Carnival Las Vegas, he took 20 USB drives with his music and distributed them to some of the festivals top names. "I made it a mission to pass them out to my favorite producers," he remembers with a smile. "I was nervous, but I gave it to Diplo. He listened, and now he plays 'Hard in Da Paint' in his set."

Meanwhile, he slipped "Snap Back Swag" into a playlist on Skrillex's tour bus, catching the megastar's ear in the process. As a result, Skrillex added the remix into his set as well. Soon after, even more support came in addition to Skrillex and Diplo with Excision, Datsik, and many others introducing his remixes into their shows.

He describes his sound and style best though. "It's definitely a mixture of two different worlds, dance music and hip-hop," he goes on. "People can connect because there's a lot going on, and there's more than one dimension. The audience responds immediately too. Since there's a half-time feel, the blend just makes sense. It feels right to me."

Most importantly, it feels right to audiences. In February 2012, he embarked on a highly successful tour with 12th Planet and Flinch, and he followed that up with shows alongside Zed's Dead. In the midst, he was featured in the July 2012 issue of Spin. Currently, he's confirmed on the bill for the 2012 installments of Nocturnal [California and Texas], Electric Daisy Carnival [Las Vegas, New York, Puerto Rico, Orlando, and Colorado], Atlantic Impulse, Electric Forrest, White Wonderland, Escape From Wonderland Lights All Night in Dallas, Global Dance in Kansas City and Denver, and more. Plus, he'll embark on his first headline tour of college markets in Fall 2012.

In fact the best way to experience Crizzly is to actually be in the audience. "I play a lot of hard stuff," he concludes. "I expend a ton of energy. I want the fans to get buck wild, crazy, and crunk. I want them to make some bad decisions and have fun." One thing's for sure: there ain't no party like a Crizzly party. -- Rick Florino, May 2012

Coming off his 10+ stop summer tour, the 19-year-old New Hampshire native makes his Burlington debut and last New England appearance before moving to Los Angeles in September.

With support from superstar producers Adventure Club, Crizzly, Flosstradamus, and The Killabits, the smash-hit collaboration 'Booty 2 The Ground' with internet sensation UZ, and planned releases on Mad Decent- CRNKN is not only a 'Trap Music' pioneer, but also one of the game's fastest rising producers.

Dannic "slash" DJ, producer and mash-up maestro from Breda in the Netherlands – the hometown of Tiësto, Funkerman & Hardwell (something in the water, perhaps?) This talented fellow won fans early in his career thanks to a series of amazing mash-ups. Bootlegs like Axwell vs. Julie McKnight - How Soon is Glory, Tim Mason & Laidback Luke vs. Adele - The Moment Is Rolling In God's Air (Funkadelic Bootleg), Feel So Close 2 Unite Us (Dannic Bootleg) and My Feelings For Hells Bells (Dannic MashUp). These tracks remain a staple in the sets of Tiësto, Avicii, Hardwell, Nicky Romero and Bingo Players to name a few.

Daan Romers (in real life) won the Dancetour DJ contest in 2009 and a slot playing his productions to an audience of 10,000 people. The following year his remix of Funkerman's Automatic won the Funkerman remix contest and got himself added to Hardwell's new label Revealed Recordings. Those in the know already knew he was one to watch, but to a wider audience, Dannic had arrived.

Dannic's first solo track on Revealed Recordings was called "Doster", heavily supported by Nicky Romero, Hardwell and Nari & Milani. More recently the Dutch Riverdance Festival selected his track WOP to be the festival's official anthem – a huge honour. This was followed by another accolade when Pipeline, heavily supported by Tiësto, was made the lead track on Cr2's 2012 Ibiza compilation. This track went to number 18 in the Beatport progressive house chart.

Dannic went on to release multiple records with Cr2 and Black Hole Recordings before catching the attention of the major labels. Major remixes are in the works for Atlantic Records, Ultra, Armada Music, Ministry of Sound and One Love for big names by the likes of R3hab, Nicky Romero, Chuckie, Example, Arty, Nadia Ali, Helena, Sean Paul. His remix for Helena has just become #1 in the Australian Dance Chart.

Tombo - released on Hardwell's label Revealed Recordings - is another Dannic track making waves – peep into the bags of Erick Morillo, Chuckie, Fedde Le Grand, Bingo Players, Hardwell, Thomas Gold, Eddie Halliwell and Alex Gaudino and you're certain to see it there.

At the beginning of 2012 Dannic collaborated with Hardwell on a track called Kontiki (Revealed Recordings). That track stormed the Beatport Top 10 and went seriously viral, racking up more than one million views. The pair is already working on a follow-up, so watch this space!

Dannic and Hardwell also served up an official remix for UK superstar Example. Their spin on Say Nothing is out on September 16 and is already a cool number one in the Cool Cuts chart. Dannic also has a collaboration with Jordy Dazz in the works. Hardwell, always an ardent supporter, has played it in almost every single one of his sets this summer.

From mash-ups to high-profile collaborations to tours and residencies in some of the world's hottest venues, there is plenty going on in Dannic's universe. But whatever he turns his hand to next, you can be sure he'll bring his trademark technical excellence and propensity for catchiness to the table.

Destructo (Gary Richards) began DJing and producing undergrounds in the early 90s in Los Angeles, most notably creating RaveAmerica at Knotts Berry Farm. Rick Rubin subsequently handpicked Gary for A&R in electronic music at Def American Recordings, launching a noteworthy career with such acts as Lords of Acid, Messiah, David Holmes, Basement Jaxx, Dub Pistols, God Lives Underwater and founding 1500 Records and Nitrus Records. After carrying his success to the metal world with No Name Mgmt, Destructo returned to his roots in 2007 by creating HARD. HARD events such as the HARD Haunted Mansion have become synonymous with cutting edge electronic music and unforgettable experiences, where the talent rosters reflect Destructo's own impeccable DJ sets.

Being hailed as "the next big thing" by both Laidback Luke and Kaskade, earning opening sets on their US tours in Vegas & San Francisco and being picked up by Australian heavyweight record label Vicious Recordings who started the careers of Dirty South, Avicii, Vandalism and Angger Dimas is certainly not a bad career kick-starter for Miami-born Jared Matos aka Digital LAB.
His productions regularly feature in the sets of world leading DJs David Guetta, Axwell, Sebastian Ingrosso, Steve Angello, Laidback Luke, Afrojack, Steve Aoki, Chuckie, AN21, Kaskade, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Chris Lake as well as his own monthly Pure FM radio show "Music Matters."
Known widely for his masterful drum programming, Digital LAB was surrounded by Hispanic beats growing up in Puerto Rico. After moving to Miami Florida in his early teens, he turned his proficient guitar skills to electronic music, slaving over the nuances of Fruity Loops Studio from 2002. Fast forward to 2010 and Digital LAB productions have been featured releases on esteemed labels Vicious, MixMash, Dim Mak, Spinnin Records, Superstar Recordings, Ultra and Nervous Records and slammed across international dj playlists including spins from BBC Radio 1 djs and Pete Tong himself.
It all adds up to one of the new Top Gun Producers on the international dance music scene. Watch this space….Digital LAB will be hard to miss.

The Disco Fries

The Disco Fries have gone from making tunes in their dorm room while guzzling cheap vodka to inducing mass ruckus at clubs across the globe with signature tracks which have been co-signed by some of the biggest names in EDM like Tiesto, Hardwell, Kaskade, Steve Aoki, and Armand Van Helden. Nick and Danny have consistently blurred the lines between genre's and managed to create a unique balance between big-room progressive melodies and their signature blown out basslines.

Last year the Fries hit the road hard, performing over 70 shows from coast to coast and across the globe. Between holding down residencies in Las Vegas and NY and co-headlining their debut at Pacha NYC with Tommie Sunshine, the duo finds time to do a bi-annual tour in Asia for a string of dates throughout mainland China and Hong Kong.

With support from some of the biggest players in the blogosphere such as Dancing Astronaut, DJZ, This Song Is Sick, Gotta Dance Dirty, and Digi10ve, the duo has hit the Hypem #1 spot multiple times with their releases on legendary labels such as Cr2, Strictly Rhythm, OneLove, and Vicious Recordings. After recently being named one of VIBE Magazines "30 DJs to Watch in 2013", the Fries partnered with Novation to create a Max for Live plug-in dubbed "Konversate" for use with the Launchpad in their live sets. Between producing and touring, the duo concocts a 3-hour podcast for Scion Radio with their partner-in-crime, Tommie Sunshine, appropriately named "Fries & Shine".

"We're always looking to push ourselves to explore new sounds. We want to keep making music that we enjoy sharing with people and people enjoy hearing. The party never ends for us." - The Disco Frie

DJEMBA DJEMBA

Djemba Djemba is music born from a state of permanent contradiction, held together by one underlying and adaptive principle: rhythm. Experimenting with polyrhythms, 90's FM synths, and the all-important 808 Kick, Djemba Djemba crafts a sound that is both intelligent as it is brain numbing.

It's easy to detect the influence of UK Bass music currently dominating clubs, yet at the same time feel altogether new, and in stride with the response taking place in New York, Chicago, Boston, and his home in Los Angeles.

With releases on Mad Decent, his own imprint Rabbit Records, and Beat Team Supreme, Djemba's music has been supported by the likes of Diplo, The Gaslamp Killer, Rusko, Baauer, Obey City, Major Lazer, Paul Devro, and BBC Radio 1. With exciting collaborations in the works with some of the biggest names in EDM, and his finger on the pulse of the latest dance music via his co-club night The Melt, Djemba Djemba certainly has a few surprises on the horizon.

DZEKO & TORRES

Canadian big room duo Dzeko & Torres are having the breakout year only every aspiring EDM DJ/Producer could wish to have. Already making their debut at BPM festival, ULTRA, and WMC earlier this year, the rest of 2013 will see them playing COACHELLA, TOMMORROWLAND, IBIZIA and touring North America relentlessly.

Rewind to 2012, which saw them exploding onto every major blog including features from Thissongissick, BeatMyday, & Dancing Astronaut with their tracks getting some BIG nods, plays, and support from the likes of Tiesto, Hardwell, Chuckie, W&W, Bingo Players, Afrojack, Deniz Koyu & Steve Aoki to name drop a few. They topped the hype machine charts at #1 TWICE with their massive bootleg they did for Of Monsters & Mens - "King and Lionheart" , and again with their Animal Kingdom - "Strange Attactor" remix. Their "Who is Ready To Jump" Remix they did for Chuckie has received over 150,000 plays on soundcloud and amazing support worldwide by today's top big room artists, with notable features on Tiesto's Club Life radio show, Hardwell opening with it at his Sensation White Amsterdam set, and Chuckie himself playing it at Tomorrowland. After these massive free releases it didn't take much time for the labels to come knocking. With an official Trey Songz remix for "Heart Attack" on Atlantic Records, the young talents followed it up with another Official Remix release on the same label imprint for Lenny Kravitz's – "I can't be without you" . Their original mix "Y3AH" came by request of Laidback Lukes Mixmash Records imprint, which saw them collaborating with fellow EDM up-and-comers ANSOL and gave them their first top 20 charted track on Beatport. This caught the attention of DIM MAK Records head honcho Steve Aoki, asking the duo to release an EP for his label. The "HEY" EP (Dim Mak) showcased a harder sound from the duo, displaying just how versatile they can be in the studio and received tons of support from EDM's biggest names.

In the early months of 2013 the duo haven't slowed down whatsoever. Their fast growing bi-weekly RAVE'N Podcast receives thousands of downloads from all over the world every show. Their track with fellow Torontonians Crossways, "TOGI", gave them their 2nd top 20 track on Beatport, and garnered over 100,000 youtube views on their debut music video. Having just dropped an official remix for Steve Aokis "ooh", a collaboration with CHUCKIE due out April 22nd on BIG BEAT records, and an original mix titled "HURRICANE" featuring vocals from Australian pop star Sarah McLeod to follow, the future certainly holds a lot of promise for these two young Canadian talents.

As electronic influences continue to penetrate the live rock, jazz, and jam ethos, one band consistently rises to the top, bringing together fans from across the musical spectrum. EOTO crisscrosses the country blowing out basement dives, packed theaters, and stages under the stars. Throbbing bass and thudding beats are the signatures of this project from drummers Michael Travis and Jason Hann. Born out of their shared love of electronic dance music, EOTO's M.O. is to take the free-wheeling party vibe of a DJ set to the next level by using organic instruments, innovative performance technology, and uncharted musical exploration. Live drums, guitars, and keys, and vocals are mixed, remixed, and sampled on the fly using cutting-edge programs. This is all done without a script, and without a net.

Currently on the road with a fully-immersive and elaborate 3D 'Lotus Flower' stage design, with legendary VJ Zebbler, the band's evolutionary process has been thrust into hyperspeed, eclipsing standard acts in their wake. Each night fans are treated with a unique improvisational visual odyssey paired with equally mind-blowing improvised music. After unveiling their Lotus Stage at a sold out show at the House of Blues in Boston, MA - EOTO has taken the production to the road with stops in 35+ cities on their 2012 Spring Tour, as well as at some of the biggest Summer festivals in the U.S including Bella Music Festival, Lightning in a Bottle, Wakarusa, and Electric Forest Festival to name a few.

Hann and Travis are consummate road dogs, allowing their music to transform and build night after night. You can catch EOTO performing almost 200 shows a year each and every show, different from the last.

Josh Gard has had a long history in music, and lately he has been rapidly rising up the ranks for all things bass. Just a few short years ago he donned the name Figure and began making electro house, but has since become a regular name in all realms of electronic and dance. Scoring positions among the charts may have gotten him recognition, but a hefty amount of praise has been raining down on him lately as some of the leading artists in electronic music have valued his live performance skills as some of the best in the business.

With releases alongside industry heavyweights Diplo, Tommy Lee, Flux Pavilion, Excision, BT, Tommy Sunshine, and Borgore, as well as a robust catalog of originals, bootlegs, and remixes, Figure's signature sound has earned him a cult following amongst a growing number of insatiable fans. In 2011, his Monsters of Drumstep series married his love of horror with his immense production skills to become the soundtrack for the Halloween season. His follow up "Destruction Series" added a new ride to the amusement park with twists and turns through an intergalactic electro war armed with robots and missile drop laser synths.

"I just like how artists present a package of something close to an adventure... Like a theme park of sound that is an experiment and experience for everyone," states Gard.

When he's not on tour or recording in his hometown studios in rural Indiana, Gard is touring worldwide, with packed tents at festivals like EDC, SnowGlobe, Starscape, The Bounce, Creamfields Australia, and Belgium's Dour. His constant interaction with fans is more akin to maintaining a healthy family than what one usually finds in a social media marketing age. Supporters are supplied with the latest productions for free and the guest list is reserved for fans in need.

Heroes X Villains

"We're only interested in making music you can fight or strip to..."

Daniel Disaster and Pete Heartless, production duo behind Heroes x Villains, begin as two punk kids from the depths of the Dirty South, notorious for blowing speakers during their chaotic DJ sets as teenagers.

The pair remain creatively connected, despite divergent lifestyles: Heartless maintains a quiet, relatively normal life while Disaster seems content to exist with his feet dangling ever so slightly over the edge. He spends several years behind the boards at Grand Hustle Records as an engineer working alongside the likes of Justin Timberlake, Lil' Wayne, T.I. and Young Jeezy.

Armed with this experience, roots in punk/hardcore and an appreciation for Southern rap music, Heroes x Villains start their ascent with warbling, bass heavy, electronic dance music remixes of Waka Flocka Flame's 'Oh Let's Do It' and Gucci Mane's 'Lemonade'. These, a remix of Lil' Jon and Diplo's 'U Don't Like Me' and several others make up 'We Off That,' their first mixtape which garners critical acclaim.

Less speakers burst into flames these days but Heroes x Villains DJ sets remain as caustic as ever. Stage diving and raucous mosh pits are regular occurrences; champagne spraying in every direction and half naked women moving in ways their parents wouldn't likely approve of come standard. The raw, occult like energy and track selection is a manifestation of how Disaster and fans of Heroes x Villains choose to live: shameless, unrepentant, maximalist hedonism.

Heroes x Villains barreled into 2012 as diverse and dangerous as ever. Beginning in early January, they introduced the weekly 'BLXRRD OXT' series, manipulating records like Young Jeezy's ode to intoxication 'WXY 2 GXNE' and England's dark pop princess Charlie XCX 'NUXLEAR SEAXONX' into soundtracks for a haunting, drug-addled haze.

And in February, showcasing the two year progression of Southern rap music fusing with electronic dance elements, comes rising Atlanta rap group FKi's mixtape 'Transformers In The Hood' produced by Diplo, Heroes x Villains and Atlanta EDM producer Mayhem.

With genre-bending, rule breaking unpredictability as their calling card, it's pointless to attempt to figure out what Heroes x Villains may do next... best to just sign the waiver and enjoy the ride.

Julio Bashmore

Ever since 'Everyone Needs A Theme Tune' on PMR Records stormed the scene early on in the year, Julio Bashmore has been at the forefront of Bristol's electronic army. An artist who has expertly fused his city's bass roots with a deep appreciation for the classic house sound, Bashmore consistently imbues his productions with tangible emotion without losing sight of the dancefloor. The notable 'Batty Knee Dance EP' on 3024, was followed by Futureboogie's inaugural release 'Father Father feat. Javeon McCarthy' back in April, with a number of stand out remixes for the label as well as the huge remix of 'Into The Valley' by Classixx. Bashmore has been an unstoppable force on the global circuit endowing his sets with a vital eclecticism that was showcased in his mighty contribution to the ubiquitous Essential Mix series on BBC Radio 1 at the end of the year.
Julio may have appeared to burst on to the scene in late 2009, but the lead up to the Julio Bashmore EP for Claude VonStroke's highly influential Dirtybird label was essentially a lifetime in the making. Siphoning the tastes of his older brothers through hip-hop cassettes, Julio's interest in electronic music began in earnest after hearing Daft Punk's "Da Funk", which was handily around the time that turntables arrived in the house via his elder sibling. There was something Julio warmed to in the typically French approach Daft Punk and Cassius took to house music composition, and his earliest vinyl purchases reflected this. Aged 14, a battered old PC and a copy of Reason became Julio's very first 'instruments.' He later experimented with synthesizers and guitars, playing in bands for a brief period, but by the time he was old enough to experience club culture first hand, Julio had made the realisation that DJing was the true vehicle in which to deliver his music.
Perhaps indicative of Bristol's fascination with low-frequencies, Julio began to gravitate towards the bass- indebted sounds of the Dirtybird label. After spending considerable periods of time sharpening his mixing and productions skills, Claude VonStroke's label tellingly signed an EP's worth of Julio's material for the Julio Bashmore EP. This breakthrough also meant a difficult decision: on the cusp of leaving for university Julio decided instead to remain in Bristol and install production and DJing as his primary focus.

What happened next is the reason you're reading this. Night Slugs, Ten Thousand Yen, PTN, Dirtybird, fabric and Soul Motive were among those who housed Julio's early productions/remixes—and this list of forward-thinking labels seemed fittingly representative of Julio's future-facing output. But what is it about his sonic approach that has created so much fever around the name Julio Bashmore? It's difficult to say exactly. But bounce to blissed-out Garage of "Footsteppin", lose your shit to his Mosca remix, or turn out the lights for "Batak Groove" and you'll realise, simply, that it's just something you feel and with 3 cuts on Jessie Ware's highly anticipated debut album (including 'Running' and '110%'), a Radio 1 show as part of their INDJsWT brand and fresh music for his newly imprinted label Broadwalk Records on the horizon, 2012 is shaping up to be and even bigger year than the last.

Keys N Krates formed as the brainchild of drummer Adam Tune, synth/keyboard aficionado David Matisse and internationally award-winning turntablist Jr. Flo. The Toronto trio came together in 2008 with the desire to bring their blend of live electronic instrumentation to the stage.

They've often been referred to as the worlds only "trap band," a title they reluctantly accept. Tune says it best: "At the end of the day, people are going to call us whatever they want. We are referencing everything from classic house music to Timbaland in our beats, but I think the trap references tap into what the current sound is, and we are okay with that."

Having toured their unique blend of hip hop and bass music extensively across North America, Keys N Krates put out a slew of original music in 2013. Their most recent body of work, titled SOLOW EP, was released via Steve Aoki's Dim Mak Records in September 2013.

The EP features KNK's banger "Treat Me Right," which launched with the support of figureheads like Diplo, Major Lazer, Flosstradamus, and TNGHT. It went to number one on Hype Machine, continues to chart on the Beatport Hip Hop Chart, and remains a fixture in DJ sets and car stereos across the globe.

Premiered by Annie Mac on BBC Radio1, their second single off SOLOW EP, "Dum Dee Dum," experienced a similar kind of success on the charts and has solidified the trio as creators of anthemic party music with a quickly growing fan base.

KNK has since explored their love for rap music by creating a remix of "Dum Dee Dum." Featuring G.O.O.D. Music's Cyhi The Prynce, King Louie, and Tree, the track has received glowing reviews from the likes of Fader Magazine, Vice Mag, and NahRight. "We had so much fun doing that rap remix," says Flo. "We can't wait to work with more rappers and vocalists in general."

Perhaps what truly separates Keys N Krates from the mass of Electronic and Hip Hop producers out there is the unique show they create by performing their bassy beats as a band, completely live. When you go to a KNK show, you will see their music and the music of others morphed and turned on it's head using only drums, keys, turntables and live sampling. This unique style creates not only a crazy dance party, but an experience and vibe like no other.

As a result, KNK have found themselves playing some of the world's largest Festivals, including Lollapalooza, Electric Zoo, Ultra Music Festival, Osheaga, and Sonar Festival (to name a few.) As Matisse says, "Our favorite thing is playing live and bringing people into our world."

Luke the Knife

After nearly 10 years of composing and playing guitar and keyboards for the band Lotus, Luke Miller turns his musical skills and experience towards the DJ booth. The idea was to bring funk and disco back to the dance floor in an EDM world that's sounding more and more digitized. In the Fall of 2012, Luke started working on remixing and re-editing tracks, and by the end of December, Luke the Knife was born.

Performing both standard DJ sets and live sets that incorporate guitar and keys along with guest drummers, percussionists, and saxophonists, Luke the Knife started with a few packed shows in Colorado, where he currently resides. For the first show outside the state, he sold out B.B. King's Lucille's Room in Times Square for a 2 1/2 hour dance party that left people asking for more, even at 4 in the morning. Now, he is hitting the road to open up for Chicago's electronic rock stalwarts Future Rock on select dates, including New York City, Philadelphia, and Chicago.

Harkening back to the days when editing tape required an X-Acto Number 2, Luke's cuts merge the old and the new, utilizing modern production techniques to give a bigger punch to the funky tracks of yore. Luke has released over 20 remixes/re-edits and 8 continuous mixes that have been streamed and downloaded on SoundCloud. The response has been strong for both releases and live shows, with The Untz stating, "This is booty-shaking music," and Live for Live Music proclaiming, "[Luke] blends a healthy mix of Funk, Disco and Dance for a mind-blowing performance."

Chart topping, dance floor rocking, and taste making come naturally to Atlanta based producer, DJ, label executive and promoter Mayhem. With over 15 years in the studio and 13 years on the decks, he has garnered the attention of the heavyweights in every genre of his focus. Rooted heavily in Drum & Bass music, and with a discerning ear, 28 year old Mayhem found himself making big moves from an early age. From releasing records for Andy C, TeeBee, Dieselboy, Noisia, and Black Sun Empire to DJing across the world for massive crowds in Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Europe and beyond; he has warranted a reputation for diversity and quality control. Collaborating with and developing artists such as Noisia, Le Castle Vania, Phace, Evol Intent, Sinthetix, Gein and Gridlok amongst many others, his production soared to new heights with "Exodus (featuring the legendary KRS-1)", "Moonway Renegade", and "Choke" with Noisia. Boundless inspiration pushed Mayhem to pursue Dubstep in it's formidable years, immediately signing with the reputable Subway Records, as well as Indie/Electro under the moniker Rrrump. As of late his focus has been brought back to home on the forefront a movement combining southern Rap music with Dubstep collaborating with long time friend Heroes + Villains. His club nights Transit, Fuck Yesss, Heavy, Tambor Y Bajo, Atlanta Dubstep and Haute Mess have helped reshape Atlanta's nightlife. No matter the genre, you are guaranteed a diverse set with attention to detail and a healthy respect for dynamics and balance. This is Mayhem.

As a vanguard of forward thinking bass music, Antiserum continuously defines the sound of today. Spawned in a laboratory of collaborations with heavy hitters such as LA dubplate warrior 12th Planet, he has found himself continuously at the forefront of bass music's list key players. His releases on Smog Records and Caspa's Dub Police label have established him as a mainstay of sub-heavy music.

Antiserum's ability to inoculate should come as no surprise. His production "Brick Squad Anthem," a collaboration with Atlanta-based music producer Mayhem, has received huge support from the bass community including Skrillex, Diplo, Datsik, and Flux Pavillion. His collaboration with 12th Planet on the Smog City Compilation, "Bass Salt" was featured on Rolling Stone and UKF and his remix of Helicopter Showdown's "Can You Feel Me" reached #2 on the beatport dubstep charts.

Antiserums BBC Radio 1xtra mix is a brief glance into the dynamic nature of his performance, during which he defies expectations of the listener and delivers an injection of what can only be described as the "Antiserum." Upcoming collaborations with 12th Planet, Mayhem, Brillz, and a release on Datsik's Firepower label will likely dub him the patron saint of bass in 2013.

MitiS, brought up a Classical pianist in Pennsylvania, has been making his way into the Electronic music scene for the past two years and has been producing tracks from genres Dubstep to Electro. "I just wanna share good music, have it be through performance or a small, simple social setting. Music is what I do, I wouldn't change that for anything. Have it be a Chopin piece playing in a hall, or a dirty bass kickin' the club's ass, I'm down for either". After experiencing the classical world of piano, performing in world renowned Halls such as Carnegie Hall in Manhattan NY, and the Kimmel Center in Philadelphia, Joe Torre became MitiS to give the Dance music scene a run for it's money. "I find myself unable to stop making phat basses, heavy beats, and throwing melodies into the mix… I Can't think of anything else more appetizing; It's the new age Classical.

The information age has a sound. Revolutionary technology meets a revolutionary message in Papadosio. Melding progressive rock with psychedelia, folk with electronica, and dance music with jam, the quintet has amassed a dedicated following of thousands of likeminded individuals sewing the seeds of unity and spreading the sounds of exultation. Singer-songwriter Anthony Thogmartin's visionary lyrics, eclectic production, and signature guitar work are anchored by the rock solid battery of drummer Mike Healy and bassist Rob McConnell. The quintet is rounded out by brothers Billy and Sam Brouse, whose virtuosic two-headed keyboard, synth, and programming attack give the band its unmistakable complexity and intensity.
Born in the burgeoning, artistic city of Athens, OH, the quintet now calls another creative community, Asheville, NC its home. Little time is spent nestled up in the Blue Ridge Mountains, though, as Papadosio spends much of the year on the road, crisscrossing the United States ceaselessly. In addition to headlining shows in every region of the country, their high-energy, technologically perplexing, and utterly engaging stage show has made the five-piece a staple on the festival circuit, with scene-stealing sets at Summer Camp, Wakarusa, Electric Forest, Camp Bisco, Bear Creek, and their own annual event, Rootwire, an inspirational confluence of music, art, science, and spirituality. With more than 100 performances a year, the band remains prolific by passing the endless miles between cities composing new material.
The culmination of all that writing on the road is TETIOS. The follow-up to 2009's critically acclaimed Observations finally arrived in the fall of 2012. To End the Illusion of Separation is a sprawling double album, signaling not only an evolution of the band's sound, but a paradigm shift on a far greater scale. The album is a call for people of all stripes to reject artificial barriers of wealth, class, and creed and come together under the flag of humanity. Themes of conservation, tolerance, and mind-expansion delicately weave their way around tribal rhythms, psychedelic excursions, and soaring melodies. The fusion of the earthly, the organic, with technological innovations and progressive sonic structure plants Papadosio's roots firmly in the past and present with an eye turned towards the horizon.

Paper Diamond is known for making many different kinds of music. Since the project's inception in January of 2011, PD has found himself on a globetrotting, music making escapade, with non-stop shows, festival plays, and around the clock studio sessions.
The Paper Diamond sound has raw energy and the kind of dramatic anticipation only a seasoned producer can incite. Driving beats and bass grab on tight while deep, rich tones rumble under layers of spacey synthesizers, sweet melodies, and catchy vocals. One thing is for sure. The energy is high.

With one EP and a handful of notable remixes under his belt, PD has been secretly amassing over 100 original songs/beats/instrumentals and is currently working with artists, singers, rappers, and MCs all over the country. The time has now come for an unveiling. Paper Diamond's new EP "Wavesight" is out now on Diplo's MAD DECENT/JEFFREES imprint. The EP features three heavy hitting original tracks that further demonstrate Paper Diamonds musical versatility.

"Wavesight" is merely a taste of what PD has in store. You can expect a slew of new music releases, collaborations, videos, and tour dates.

Rebecca & Fiona

A shared interest in great music brought the two girls together. Rebecca Scheja and Fiona Fitzpatrick not only reign Sweden's club scene, they have become icons for a whole generation of Swedes and represent what hard work combined with talent can do.

In May 2010 the girls released their first single - Luminary Ones. As 2010 ended, Luminary Ones had become one of the most played songs on national radio P3. In addition to touring the whole of Sweden they followed Robyn as opening act on her European tour.

If that was not enough - Swedish Television followed the girls for several months, which has resulted in their own self-titled tv-show. Wherein you can follow their work as DJs, producers and urban girls.

2011 became an even bigger year for Rebecca & Fiona, they released their double platinum selling single Bullets, the double a side If She Was Away/Hard and the smash single Jane Doe. In November they completed everything by putting out their debut album I Love You, Man. In addition to that they created Turn It Down, their hit collaboration with US DJ superstar Kaskade.

Last year Rebecca & Fiona played over 100 shows all over the world alongside DJs like Tiësto, Kaskade, Axwell and Steve Angello, and 2012 looks like it will be when the girls hit global stardom, already having a month long US tour confirmed and receiving the award for Best Electronic/Dance at the Swedish Grammy Awards 2012.

Don't let their beauty and glamorous public life fool you. Rebecca & Fiona are dedicated musicians who spend more time nailing loops in the basement of their recording studio than to splash champagne at trendy nightclubs. They wouldn't have time anyway, they're too busy killing the dance floor.

Sound Remedy

Sound Remedy is an American electronic music producer based out of Los Angeles, California. Hailing from Chicago, SR has been crafting his sound since the young age of 16, but only started to produce music fulltime 2 years ago. Despite obtaining a degree in finance from one of the nation's elite business schools, SR opted to take a risk and pursue his true passion; music. Being that both of his parents are graduates of Juilliard School of Music and full time Chicago Symphony Orchestra players, this decision may have been in the cards all along.

In 2012, Sound Remedy has already been commissioned to remix for such artists as Hermitude (EMI UK) and Superbus (Polydor France). He has also written original music for commercials premiering during NBA championship games, played shows across the US, and has seized the blog world by storm with multiple hype machine topping tracks.

Sound Remedy has made a name for himself by composing tracks that defy the laws of the traditional dance music. His epic creations can be likened to enthralling musical journey's that captivate the listener from start to finish. There is truly no end in sight when it comes to the rapid growth of the Sound Remedy movement.

Terravita often enjoy a slice of pizza-pie. They are a tasty buscuit of contemporary styling,
teamed with all sorts of nutritious beats. You can eat Terravita with big enough teeth to sink into their beastly bass.

After only three short years of united production, progressive trance duo Tritonal has gone from unknown newcomers to one of the top names in the international electronic dance music scene. Currently standing at #83 on DJ Mag's Top 100 DJs List, Tritonal continues to launch track after track up the Beatport charts and into the sets of some of the most renowned and respected DJs in the world. Their
debut artist album, "Piercing the Quiet" produced six top 20 Beatport singles, including two that held the #1 position on the trance chart for almost three weeks—'Lifted' and the 'Still With Me' Club Mix.

Such a rapid ascent into the forefront of an ever-changing dance music scene might intimidate even the most seasoned musicians, but the duo who "complete each other's musical sentences" have captured the hearts and ears of fans and DJs alike. Chad Cisneros and Dave Reed formed this dynamic musical partnership from opposite ends of the United States after meeting online in a sound production forum. Within a year of collaboration, their first smash hit 'Piercing Quiet' was voted best track by listeners of Armin van Buuren's A State of Trance radio show and the pair was on the fast track to becoming one of the U.S.'s—and the world's—most exciting and innovative acts to watch.

In 2011, Tritonal embarked on a nonstop, worldwide tour, performing at the best dance music events in North America, Russia, Asia, the U.K, and Australia. They managed to stand out on the festival circuit, winning over legions of EDM fans at massive gatherings such as Electric Daisy Carnival, Escape From Wonderland, Ultra Music Festival and Nocturnal. Incredibly, they also managed to find time to launch their own record label, Air Up There Recordings, provide a guest mix for Trance Around the World with Above & Beyond, become the resident DJs on Sirius XM's Electric Area, and syndicate their popular Air Up There radio show throughout five continents.

2012 shows no sign of derailing the Tritonal train of success, as the pair have laid out plans for another global trek that will bring them to cities all over the U.S. India, Australia for the legendary Creamfields tour, and ASOT550 in Den Bosch and Miami.

With a fan base of dedicated Tritonians expanding rapidly around the world and a truly memorable, vivacious stage presence which must be seen to be believed, Tritonal continues to shower music lovers with their uplifting, original material and electrifying remixes of some of the best dance music today.
