His influences come from all sorts of genres; genres ranging between Disco, Hip-Hop, House, and R&B. As of the last year, he has made a name for himself through bootleg remixes from artists such as Janet Jackson, Missy Elliot, TLC, Danny Brown, and Teedra Moses. Combined, these remixes have received millions of plays on Soundcloud and YouTube.
Kaytranada’s impressive lineup of tracks improved even more this past February with the 8 track original EP on HW&W Recordings (US) / Jakarta (EU), ‘KAYTRA TODO’. Featuring a track with Los Angeles singer and songwriter JMSN, this EP has received attention from blogs, artists, and press all over the world.
Keep an eye out for Kaytranada, as he plans to take his progressive and innovative production to fans in every corner of the globe.
Sango is a hip-hop producer who was born in Seattle, Washington, and currently resides in Grand Rapids. Sango released his first instrumental mixtape titled Unfinished & Satisfied in December 2010. With his signing to Soulection and his release of Trust Me and Da Rochina, the world began to take notice of this producer's unique take on bass music. Following major worldwide support for his refixes, EP's and beat tapes from the likes of Brownswood's Gilles Peterson, KCRW's Aaron Byrd, and Noisey (VICE) to name a few, Sango is poised to elevate the definition of what "future" music is.
With his latest release North, Sango brings forth a new sound, one that pulls from soul, rnb, future bass, hip hop and broken beat fusing them together with seamless vocals chops and grooves. North features collaborations from a diverse group of artists like Australia's Ta-ku, cinematic downtempo producer Atu, nu-soul singer JMSN, story-telling rapper WALDO, newcomer vocalist Brea and Dpat who produced 'Remember You' for Wiz Khalifa and The Weeknd.
STWO is a 21-year-old producer from Paris, France. Only starting to release tracks in 2013, he has grabbed the attention of millions of fans with his most recent EP ‘Beyond’ featuring “Lovin U”, and his debut EP ‘Moans’.
Signed to label Huh What & Where alongside the likes of Kaytranada, his musical style of smooth future garage bass lines, soulfully pitched vocals and 808-inspired beats places him perfectly in the majestic bass movement du jour.
Watch out for STWO as he plans to take his innovative production and exciting performance to fans all over the world.
DKDS are rising stars of the NYC underground, night creatures whose main goal in life is to make you stay up too late and dance ’til dawn. DKDS is made up of Scrap and Chris – two tall, dark cousins who hail from Seattle and New York, respectively. The two reunited in Brooklyn over a mutual love of jackin’ deep house and techno and formed a DJ duo; over the last couple years their back-to-back sets have made a serious mark on NYC nightlife, one debauched party at a time. The boys recently caught the attention of MeanRed, who made them residents of their Dark Disco party deep Downtown. They’re also hard at work on original tracks with the edgy-yet-suave vibe that is their signature. Don’t sleep… no, really.
