The Box Tiger

The Box Tiger

Formed in late 2009, The Box Tiger is an indie rock band from the outskirts of Toronto, Ontario. Although young, the sound comes off as mature and well organized, while still maintaining heart, intensity, honesty and a sense of fun. The Box Tiger manages to keep a D.I.Y. indie aura, while simultaneously creating pop sensible hooks that make the music accessible to the masses.

The Box Tiger have played as support for known bands and artists such as Metric, Trail of Dead, The Joy Formidable, The Sheep Dogs, Hollerado, Free Energy, and Frank Turner. The band has managed to develop a fan base in Toronto and the surrounding areas and also has connections and buzz out in the North East United states; calling both Toronto and Portland, Maine home.

The band released their debut full length album "Set Fire" in August of 2013. The record features 10 new songs by the band with a sound bound to create buzz in the indie/rock music scene.

Commonwealth assembled in Phoenixville, PA after a group of long-time friends, all seasoned in their own respective genres of music, attempted to melt down everything they’d learned into one project. Just a few months of practice together in early 2013 showed them that their experiment was something worth pursuing. Appealing to a broad audience while anchored by an indie-rock sound, Commonwealth stands by their mission since day one – Music for People.

The Sixties (PA)

The Sixties' style of pretentious-free, post-punk/alternative was debuted in September, 2012 with the release of a 3 song EP recorded by Vince Ratti of Skylight Studios (Circa Survive, Balance and Composure, The Wonder Years). The band calls on The Whigs, Queens Of The Stone Age, Bloc Party, Minus The Bear, Arctic Monkeys, We Are Scientists and Manchester Orchestra, among many others, as influences
