Wes Fox & The Loons
Wes Fox and the Loons is a Blues Rock band, based out of the East Bay in Northern California. You'll come back every time to see these guys play, with front man Wes Fox's refreshing old school sound and the band's solid group of musicians you can't help but sing along and rock out! Coming from all sorts of musical backgrounds the band has worked into a style of music that sounds oh so familiar and excitingly fresh! Were kickin it old school Wes Fox style, so make sure you swing by the website and we'll see ya at the show!
Born of the intellectual stimulation brought on by collegiate music studies at Cal State Long Beach, Karl? is a sextacular fusion of Progressive Rock, Psychedelic Dance, and multiple forms of satisfaction, all with hints of Jazz and Latin influences. The physical happening of Karl? was initiated at the hand of composer Daniel Chavez, who united the talents of Rebecca Lynn (formerly of Long Beach Cake, and W.A.C.O.) and Alex Mastrovito (formerly of The Florida Orange band). Finding much pleasure in this trio, they expanded to include Nic Gonzalez and Michael Malinowski, embellishing the musical euphoria.
1989 hails from Gilroy, CA. Comprised of Matthew Rivas (vocals, guitar), Arnold Palomo (bass guitar), and Danny Romo (drums), 1989 brings a grittier, grimier, nastyish feel to the more polished rock playing on the radio waves. With guitars distorted, and rocking but danceable and syncopated beats, 1989 thunders onstage with a tremendous presence. With one full studio album finished (Gold State, 2012), dozens of shows at reputable venues played (SubMission, the Tempest, etc.) and another album in the works, 1989 is ready to get onstage and get the crowd moving!
The Mighty Russian Winter
The Mighty Russian Winter began before time (or, alternatively, in February of 2006), rising from the embers of Pidgeon (a fire which still burns), and gaining strength and loyalty over the years with many party members, some of whom no longer exist, since they never existed in the first place, we don't know who you are talking about.
