All That Remains
All That Remains have no choice but to be honest. Ever since their formation in 1998, they’ve stayed true to themselves with each successive record. There’s no pretense. There’s no posturing. There’s no pandering. Their seventh full-length effort, A War You Cannot Win [Razor & Tie], is no exception. The Massachusetts quintet—Philip Labonte [vocals], Oli Herbert [guitar], Mike Martin [guitar], Jeanne Sagan [bass], and Jason Costa [drums]—unabashedly unleash tight and taut heavy metal with arena-size hooks. Defying preconceived notions, the music is as genuine as it gets, and All That Remains wouldn’t have it any other way.
Asking Alexandria. They have risen from nothing to greatness in little over a year. 2009 saw the boys from England release their debut album 'Stand Up and Scream' to an audience just begging for something slightly different, and the 5 english lads delivered. 'Stand up and Scream' has done better than anyone could have hoped for. 2009 was spent touring with many great bands across the United States..., including, Enter Shikari, A Static Lullaby, Alesana and many more. 2010 has the boys touring relentlessly world over and writing the next chapter in their lives. With a hectic year ahead of them Asking Alexandria look set to take the world by storm. If you didn't hear of them in 2009 or 2010 2011 is the year everyone will be talking about Asking Alexandria.
Devour The Day
Formed in 2012, DEVOUR THE DAY is born from the brain trust of Joey Chicago (Bass, Vocals, Songwriter) and Blake Allison (Lead singer, Guitar, Songwriter and Producer). Having much success with the band Egypt Central, Blake and Joey sought to break out on their own, writing and producing music without compromise.
Joey explains, “Our lives got to a point that we had lost trust, we lost our compassion, feeling and our way.” The water was so murky we didn’t know which way was up.” What we did know is that we should keep writing and keep fighting because that was the truth and our center.”
rebel inc. is an intense rock band formed on the outskirts of Detroit, MI, now residing in Baltimore, MD. The original members, Kevin(guitar) and Adam(vocals), relocated with another Detroiter, Brian(drums), and found their bass sound in Benny, an Iowa native who also moved to the Charm City.
They are known for their high energy live shows, thought provoking political lyrics, and powerful guita...r rhythms. The resulting sound is a mixture of rock, rap, alternative, funk and heavy metal.
They self-released their first EP in March 2009 and the feedback from industry professionals and listeners alike, is very positive. Every song on the album has been played on terrestrial radio in multiple states in the USA, as well as Canada and Australia. The album has also had good reviews across the globe, including Germany and Italy.
The group toured US military bases under the sponsorship of Iraq Veterans Against the War (IVAW) in 2008, who also sponsored Rage Against the Machine for a stop on the same tour, in Denver, CO (Democratic National Convention).
rebel inc.'s latest recording "Killin' The Future" is being placed on a compilation album with Tom Morello, Rise Against, Anti-Flag, Ryan Harvey, and many more great artists to benefit the Civilian-Soldier Alliance. The album, "A Soundtrack For Refusal," is due out in June of 2010.
rebel inc. is a must see live act, for their recordings do not capture the band's true sound and their ability to transfer their passion into the crowd with their explosive stage presence.
