Michale Graves (Acoustic)
Michale Graves is an American singer-songwriter and musician whose career has spanned nearly two decades. Always evolving as an artist, Michale has performed within several genres as fans followed his instantly recognizable voice across five continents. Known as much for his high energy live shows and deeply moving acoustical interpretations as he is a full three octave vocal range and heart-wrenching lyrics; Michale Graves is driven to create memorable performance experiences.
Michale will release "Vagabond"; his first full-length studio album in five years, on February 26, 2013. This twelve-track, rock release features all-new material written by Michale and performed by the Michale Graves band and will be supported by a 50 date U.S. tour. "Vagabond is the next step for me", says Graves. "This record has been a long time coming and its inspiration is found in the traveling that I have done and the incredible people I have met along that journey:.."
2013 is set to be a banner year for Michale. With two additional albums in development and a fall tour set to begin in August, Michale is focused on impacting as many people as possible with his music. As Michale says "I live to perform, it is what defines me as an entertainer and powers me as a person".
This was not 1977, but 2012 and the Jetbirds are the new-school of this timeless monster called rock 'n' roll
Sometimes you hear an album that's not necessarily NEW, but it still stands out for being imaginative and musically superb. This is the case for The Jetbirds EP "Suicide Love Songs" which came out this past February, but kicks so much ass I feel I NEED to review it now!
The Jetbirds play straight ahead rock n roll with a dash of punk rock thrown into the mix. Big on riffs and harmonious sing along...See More
"Every now and then, I hear folks attempting to separate the past from the present. Yes, there is a new generation that latched on to computerized music before ever being introduced to rock 'n' roll. However, when I hear folks say "rock 'n' roll is a thing of the past for old dudes like you" it just goes right over my head. I walked into Debonair Social Club last Saturday and stumbled on these awesome youngsters. This was not 1977, but 2012 and the Jetbirds are the new-school of this timeless monster called rock 'n' roll. The monster never fails to put a smile on my face."
Back Alley Riot
Blue-collar story telling with stage-shaking power chords, creating punk rock songs with a down-home twist. Back Alley Riot blends punk, rock, and southern boogie with an explosive live show that will leave you breathless and begging for more.
My God, The Heat
Midwestern Rock and Rawl. If 4 handsome men were kinky Atheists and had 13 punk rock sister wives who were into Buddy Holly and ball gags. Thats us!
A little slice of Midwestern Punk Rawk Rock n Roll. If you like oohs and ahhs and Doo Wops in your punk rawk then we would be your cup of tea.
OH, you need more? You want us to describe us to you with data, keywords, HTML and otherwise? Well, you see (and read), if Tom Waits, Buddy Holly, and The Buzzcocks all had sex, they would call this ill-gotten' love child: MY GOD, THE HEAT. Say it to yourself, start quiet, repeat, and get louder each time you yell our name. Say it, "MY GOD, THE HEAT." Say it louder, undress your lovers and think of us.
We think you too will fall madly in love with this cute little bastard.
MY GOD, THE HEAT is: Jake DeTulio Dickson, Pancake Johnson and Antonio LaQuondathon, and Ronald Correa Rawhoof The IIIrd. - See more at: http://mygodtheheat.com/bio.cfm#sthash.1hBACTob.dpuf
